Agreed. He is not staying consistent and he hasn’t. Bursts of “we know what he can do” is not good enough he has to do what they know he can do consistently. That’s what an elite player that deserves high end contracts is required of. Simple consistency.

That was a terrible call that wasn’t roughing the passer. And at least we still have a positive record it will be good if we beat the packers

Wirfs still out played Smith this game. Smith is just bad. So bad. Nothing about his play from his attitude to his ability to his technique is redeeming. I don’t care how nice he is off the field. His play on the field and being overpaid he’s the Jay Cutler of tackles
1st place team on penalties playing the team with the 5th most penalties. Tough loss. Regroup and move on to the next game with a win.

Idky but this one stung. The refs shot us in the foot HARD!!! We also shot ourselves in the foot too. Losing Vea is huge but let’s hope for a healthy offense next weekend
It was a nasty game. We played like the raiders back in the day. Everyone needs to be reigned in against the packers. After this performance I think we are going to lose by at least 10. Ugh.

When Tom got mugged they should have called a time out right then. Talking about the sequence that has backed up to 1st 29. A failure to slow the game down then cost us the game, as tempers flared.
More than anything this loss was on the coaches they are the real game managers. Also they have to work those plays out good teams have no problem getting average talent open, even short handed we have above average talent, no excuses for the lack creativity and nearly static play calling. BL is just not very smart and his Wonderlic proved that before he ever took a NFL snap. He can know everything there is to know about the game and will get out smarted by a less experience but smart coach. That’s a tall and expensive order to compensate for with a roster.
