First Name Last Name

In the words of Bill Belichick “We just have to keep getting better”.

    Golden Eagle

Exactly and the season is not over yet we’re 7-4 obviously not the record we want to see but there is still hope and next week vs KC should be interesting

    Everton Harvey

@Golden Eagle This record is still one of the best starts we had in a while.

    Tqbi ._.

@Everton Harvey Maybe the best start…
Btw Greetings from Germany to my American Bucs fans!!!

    Nate Kyng

@Everton Harvey Lol It’s the best you’ve had since 2006. The fact that you don’t know makes your bandwagon show.

acsidaho

Simple question. Has Arian’s offensive scheme ever produced a championship? What has it produced?

    Umer Di

@DirtyB _ Where is the ring it has produce?

    Liam Ryan

@Umer Di people try to give him credit for winning a few as an assistant

    August Moon

    @DirtyB _ Nope!

    dizzy2mch 0

the best was nfc championship with the cardinals 2015

    Sequoah Hicks

Thank you for calling out Arians for his horrible play calling and coaching.

Frank Castle

God help them against KC on a short week

    Crazy Sarlo

    @Umer Di fax

    That’sGreatFootball

@Xentraction KC’s defense is bad this season so we’ll have to do no huddle and play action as well

    Leo Bearman

@That’sGreatFootball they’re not that bad tbh

    Eric McPherson

Do Tampa receivers ever do double moves… they just sprint down field!!!

    That’sGreatFootball

@Eric McPherson They do double moves just not last night

Rawted Yardie

Lets face it, since 2/2003 we don’t know how to win games that matter. Another gut punch. I thought those days were over with #3. I guess some things never change. Thanks team.

    Umer Di

Might wanna check the offensive -lay caller

    Stan E

Y’all thought Tom Brady would change this culture in one year too

    velveetaslingshot

    Bucs life….

inn news

Perhaps Brady should go for shorter passes and not risk with the big throws that seem to end with over/under throws or dropped passes.

    Sean Lutke

I agree. He’s been money on short and intermediate throws this year. If they would’ve stuck with that on that last drive then we may have had a different result. Very easy thing for them to fix imo. Idk about you, but I feel better about playing the Chiefs next week than I did about tonight’s game. The Bucs have bounced back after a loss all year long and the only 2 games that haven’t been close/winnable have been against the Saints. This thing ain’t over by a long shot!

    inn news

@Sean Lutke Definitely is not over for the Bucs. But most teams are playing better on 2nd half of the season too—including the Saints—so anything goes. I just felt that the Bucs could have clinched this win if Brady did not throw that last big one that resulted in interception.

    Umer Di

I agree they will make the playoffs. They will beat the chiefs because they don’t have a good defense.
No quarterback can perform well under Bruce arians scheme. It goes this way: Stay in the pocket for a while while the play develops. If need be take the hit and throw a 50/50 ball to mike evans waaay down the field. If intercepted he will say “poor throw “ .

    inn news

@Umer Di I really do hope Bucs will beat the Chiefs. It is not time for the GOAT to handover his reign….yet.

    Sam47 GD

Yeah, the deep balls haven’t worked recent

William Delaine

tighten up brady,f it we loss Tampaaaaa Bayyyyyyyyy, bucs

#1 Thunder Fan

No clue why they decided to go w the long pass at the end when the short and run was working w time left

    Justin Gardner

You here him say they play a defense that makes them hard to hit ..

    Jasey Smith

The deep ball didn’t work all game and they decided to do that last play that results in a pick!!! Just crazy play calling and a bad read by Tom Brady. I just don’t understand why this team is so inconsistent, this loss is all on the offense because the Defense stood up and gave The offense a lot of chances.

    Ramon Pilgrim

My thoughts exactly. Brady doesn’t play like this. He was forcing throws on both of those picks. The last one for me was uncharacteristic of him. 4th quarter he had 2 mins+, the two minute warning and a time out. That’s plenty of time for him to go to work. He usually throws out routes and short screens to manage the clock down. That was what was needed. Leftwich and Arians did a poor job of playcalling on that drive. Could have took their time and walked it down the field and either get the TD or settle for field goal and push for overtime

    That’sGreatFootball

Evans was wide open and they would gotten a first down easily.

    Andres Dominguez

Exactly Tom always wins those games by throwing 10-20 per down not 40-50

Tristan Phipps

“What made it hard to throw deep against the Rams?”

“They Made it Difficult”

    Umer Di

Why the fixation with deep ball.? Win the game. That is all. Jesus

    stéphane A

@Umer Di Arians is fixating on the deep ball. THAT’S MY OFFENSE!!! I don’t care if we lose with my offense, I don’t want to win, then (pout).

    Simon Roy

You can’t just throw short passes all game long. Even in New England, they needed to implement some deep passes.

    Everton Harvey

    @Simon Roy keyword “some”

    Simon Roy

@Everton Harvey yup but Tom can’t even complete some deep passes.

TewksburiZ

I say it again I don’t think BL play calling and design is good. Not creative and predictable. Too easy to see and guard. BA should do something about this.

    Sequoah Hicks

Bruce Arians is part of the problem.

Charly Gr. v.L.

Next game=new chance, Tom👍👍

tedfio1tedfio1

3 OLine Starters hurt and RBs need to start catching out of the Backfield. Enough with the Deep Ball when you don’t have protection!

    AMAR

Rams defense was getting there. This coaching staff does not make the game-changing adjustments Brady used to get. It stays the same aaallllll day when they’re struggling.

Timmy Nguyen

Arians and Leftwhich deep pass every other play is not effective.. especially when your quarterback is 43 yrs old. Play calling sucks

    Everton Harvey

Running on first down everytime doesn’t help either, also they need a bigger route tree for the medium/deep routes. I haven’t seen any of our receivers attempt an double move in ages.

    Ogdenboy45667

@Everton Harvey Mike Evans just ran a double move last night? He ended up drawing a PI but I agree that we should do them more

    Everton Harvey

@Ogdenboy45667 You right, and we also need more option routes too, there’s no reason for any defense to successfully play us aggressive with this much weapons.

    AMAR

Ran the ball 18 times. I guess they learned nothing from the other losses when they didn’t run the ball either.

Gran Marquis

The deep ball hasn’t clicked because they changed the players and scheme on the field. Don’t take a rocket scientist to see that

August Moon

It’s interesting when people don’t seem to realize why they’re good. Brady’s a dart thrower… he won by tossing perfect balls for short yardage and moving the chains while getting rid of the ball quickly to avoid sacks. Unless it’s one on one with no over the top help, he should never go deep. On deep throws, the completion percentages go way down and the interception rates go up. Not intelligent!

BrocLarter

The problem is the deep ball only works against a bad defensive line. It’s hard to throw a perfect pass 40 yards down the field when Aaron Donald is a half a second away from sacking you. All of their losses have come against teams with good defensive lines.

    阿麥

RAMS D already posited for the deep..Idk why they still try..

    Tristan Phipps

Plus we had two backups on the o-line lol

    You’re Right

    @Tristan Phipps
    Wha wha whaaaa!

EvilSnipa

Well we are at the cliff but tom still hanging on with one hand.

Truth Brodie

Brady needs to stop forcing it down the field. Take what the defense gives you. Both interceptions there were wide open wide receivers underneath

Jimmy Orr

It’s not Tom’s age thats making mistakes it’s his decisions

MashieGamie

Arians scheme is like: “the guy is double covered with still 2:32 left? Throw it deep buddy!”
