The stepping up from the guys further down the roster has been amazing. Shows you how much Tom is able to motivate and teach the guys further down the roster. True leadership.
I was watching a video where the guy was talking about how hard Tom was on the young guys, putting them under pressure in practice and driving them really hard. And look how they have played when they got their chance. Who would NOT want to play for Tom?

Love TB in TB. Most accurate passer I’ve ever seen and he is a general out there. His 2 second releases are best in league and give O line the chance to hold protection. So happy we got him to play in Tampa! Go Bucs!
drew brees is the most accurate passer of all time. in drew brees prime, he use to throw the ball into triple coverage and then you would ask yourself “how did he do that”
I would love to hear what Brady is thinking for just one press conference. He says all the perfect things about opponents, He also says he says 10% of what’s on his mind, because he knows how he is motivated by disrespect. But inside you know he is unconcerned about Stafford matching him decision after decision under pressure in a tight game with only one playoff win in his life.
Stafford has no clue what this experience will be like. He is excited to be in a divisional playoff game for the first time. Brady has won 18. Slight edge to Brady in that category…. lol…
