He is still “one of the guys” is a big deal for a star like him. He doesn’t get caught up too much in being the “greatest quarterback” ever. He is still all about the team. He will always be a great team mate.

@Picazzo89 I disagree. He can absolutely still be a team player while being ambitious. All of his current and previous teammates and coaches have nothing but nice things to say about him. He’s just one of the guys when he’s in the locker room. He is humble and easy going. That doesn’t take away from his competitive drive.
That is why he is the goat he isn’t about himself and the media he is about having fun and winning championships with the team

@Mark Robbins ibwas pumped! There was a total attitude change. We had a good team but it was always Bucs beating Bucs. We are 4 and 0 in close games this year. The culture change Brady brought is undeniable. I can’t remember who said it but they said that even the equipment crew steps their game up when Tom walked in the building.
Bucs fan my remembered life. Didn’t love Brady before he came here but I think it was cool to see him start to reveal more to the media and fans the qualities and mentality that has brought him such success.

I saw a cool Tampa Bay news clip when Brady signed. 1 scene had these two girls saying how the deal would be good for the team and the community and one said, “Will we win a championship? Well, we just have to wait and see.” You could tell she had been rooting for a losing team for a while.
I’d love to hear from her now.

It’s still surreal having Brady on our team
Every couple weeks, I get the same feeling. Only lasts a second or 2, then I laugh and carry on with my day.
If the rest of team follows his lead we’ll be good. He owns the playoffs.
How can anyone hate on one of the actual good guys playing in the NFL.
When you factor in team leadership along with on the field contributions, Tom Brady is easily the MVP of the league.
