Byron does need to read a few books about offense to better articulate, instead of his daily response of ”will add them up at the end”, you might add them up and find your but out of the playoffs.

We rely way to heavily on Talent to outright win games.
That’s why we see a huge difference between have the 2nd – 3rd string WRs struggle vs when Godwin, Evans, AB, Gronk where playing.
You can’t always rely on top tier talent to just beat a defense. We need to learn how to scheme players open, do more jet sweeps create actual mismatches, moves Evans around get him on a Linebacker, use more crossing routes to put the Safety and the linebackers in trouble.

I think this is all because of Tom’s off season. he always used to stay after and make sure everyone got it right and was all about execution and honestly this year it’s been tough for him to balance homelife. i font blame him, its tough. but no way hes prepping like he used to with film and all that stuff. it shows with the back ups. he cant turn scotty miller into an edelman without extra reps and hes got no time for that anymore.
