When they hold these outside its almost always going to be difficult to hear…but when they go inside acoustics are better. I don’t know if there’s much that can be done.
Buccs org should put subtitles as they do in many interviews where the questions can’t be heard.

Just ONCE I’d like to watch one of these without having to yank the volume up and down to hear the questions. It’s been decades, so I doubt it’ll ever happen.
The Bucs Communication Unit must address the problem with the interviews. WE CANNOT HEAR THE COMPLETE. FOR AN INTERVIEW TO BE COMPLETE, the listener must hear the question. People we are in year 2022.
