You see I believe Todd played the “good cop” in the good/bad cop, mom/pop, assistant/head coach relationships for too long. It is hard to change roles or bring out your “Alpha” qualities after supressing them for so long. The Bucs need an Alpha male leader who is hungry for victory! Just my opinion.
