Game planning for Drew Brees, now that is funny. I remember last meeting how Brees wasn’t touched all game and could throw at ease in zone coverage. Man, that was painful to see.

your cornerbacks don’t even put their hands on the receivers to jam them at the LOS to slow them down at all. No effort whatsoever. I don’t expect anything to change defensively because the season has already went on too far and your defensive backs shown no change. Quit playing soft on the secondary, that’s a reason why Brady picked you apart back when you were the jets’ head coach.

I agree , and what’s crazy Davis is a press man corner and they having him playing off coverage and he doesn’t have the speed to recover that well , but SMB and Dean have more than enough speed so I don’t know about them but CD3 is definitely a physical corner ,why we can’t just play Tampa 2 we have two of the quickest sideline to sideline linebackers in the league to get to the flats where the cover 2 gives up and white and lvd can cover those slants
@Tampa is back 5904 exactlyyyy, they were drafted to be press man corners lol. Jamel Dean and Carlton Davis both looked like pro bowlers before they started putting them in off coverage zone. They are physically built to play physical football.

What? The problem with their last meeting with the Saints is they didn’t blitz. As BA said after the game, they tried to get home with just 4, and failed miserably. No pressure on Brees at all, and so of course he picked our defense apart. They absolutely NEED to blitz in this game or the same thing will happen to them again.

He’s Clueless on game-planning. I want Tampa to win but they’ll get out coached! Tampa’s secondary is the worst in the league.
I honestly believe atlanta’s secondary is way better than tampa’s secondary overall. It’s sad that this defense will be the huge reason why they could possibly head for a playoff exist.
It’s not the secondary, it’s the coaching and lack of anticipation and aggressive coverage due to said coaching.
Actually they are good but undisciplined. They have to put together their best Defensive gme and cause 2 turnovers.
