I think he showed more promise than Zach, he just never recovered from his broken ribs. He may get a chance to start somewhere else, or maybe he’ll compete with Zach in training camp. I wouldn’t give up on Zach yet either, I guess we’ll see. They both have great situations- honestly being a backup qb in the nfl is still a way better and way more lucrative job than 99% of people have.
WHITE on being a back up: “As a backup it’s your job to support the starter”
ZACH on being a back up: “I’ll make every day of his a living hell.”
In all seriousness, I actually LIKE Zach and want him to succeed. He has WAY more natural ability that White or many other NFL QBs. But his mindset is just so self centered. It’s how he was raised. It’s actually good to have “swagger” but he needs to balance his ego. Hopefully he will over time.
Bring this guy back for sure!!
