They have full control of this draft this year and next no reason to panic and trade them all away for any 1 player I hope they get Zack Wilson trade sam and aquire the best available talent to surround Zack with and add some free agency receivers offensive linemen and a DB we will be more than competitive after this draft instead of trading them all for 1 overhyped player

    Dillon Martinez

I wouldn’t call Watson overhyped. He’s one of the best qbs in the league. Though I’ve definitely warmed up to the idea of getting Wilson if we don’t go for Watson.

Thuney and Fields!!

    WORTHtheFIGHT

Fields can’t read Defenses or get past his 1st read and you want to draft him into the toughest coached Defensive division in the NFL? Sounds genius!
Trade down from #2 & build a great offense so we can find out if Sam can succeed. Perfect situation would be trade with Carolina and get #8 , #40 , a 1st & 2nd next year. Draft #8 Pitts ,#23 Toney or best WR available, #34 draft 1 of top 2 RBs if one of them falls or best IOL W Davis or best available at #40 draft best CB/DE/ COVERAGE LB. Sign Thuney, A Robinson and Lawson ( if reasonable) & mid level guys.
Sam would have a really good to great OL & amazing weapons. PITTS ( COULD be a top 5 TE ) Robinson, Mims Toney or whoever we got at #23 plus Crowder. Now there is no excuse Sam either gets it done or he walks at end of the year bcuz he would have really good ++ OL and top 10 or better Weapons. If Sam doesn’t produce we would have 3 1st, 2 2nds next year to trade fir or draft a QB that could Walk into a ready to win OFFENSE ( OFFENSE that any QB would want to play for )
If Ssm gets it fine Finally having talent to work with , coach Saleh has a year to see what he needs on Defense and 3 1st, 2 2nds to build a great , young Defense. Go into 2022 season ready to make a lot of NOISE.
SO WHAT DO U THINK OF THIS ROUTE???
Its safe , very low risk and the only thing in the way is if Carolina trades for Watson . Bcuz Carolina has shown they ate ready to pay big fir a QB thus coming season. They went after Stafford, interested in Watson & word is they love Wilson . So do u like this plan?

If they decide to keep Darnold than Penei Sewell should be the pick, this way at #23 they can go in any direction with pick 34 right behind that. If they decide to trade Sam, then Mac Jones who I believe is the absolute best Qb in this 2021 Qb class is who I would want. Mac Jones hits his receivers in stride, throws for accuracy, has great pocket awareness and he can zip it in when needed too. Everyone is sleeping on Mac Jones and I believe they’re making the mistake of giving the credit he is due to other Qb’s.
