Mike McCarthy deserves mentions as Coach of the Year, if he is one and done in the playoffs I could see Jerry Jones swapping Dan Quin and letting Mike McCarthy walk. Just looking at the draft picks and the free agent pickups they are all people Dan Quinn likes or has coached before. (Haskins, Tak Mckinnely, Sam Williams, Anthony Barr, Daron Bland, Damone Clark, Kendall Sheffield, Dante Fowler.) We are a defensive team lead by Dan Quinn I hope Jerry Jones doesn’t let Dan Quinn leave the building.

It’s right 2acknowledge McCarthy’s thumbprint on this team, star or not, awesome talent, etc.. etc.. what has it got them, yes it’s taken time 2cultivate a winner culture, that said, give him props 4the offense too! K.Moore is not who elevated the offense! McCarthy is just a big enough man 2not speak about how much input he’s had on offense & plays!
