The problem is that the Steelers have never replaced the production of retired, and lost key players like, Casey Hampton, James Farrior, Hines Ward, Heath Miller, Jerome Bettis, Leveon Bell, Antonio Brown, Martavius Bryant, Lamar Woodley, Ike Taylor, Troy Polamalu, Laurence Timmons, Mike Hilton, and probably a few more. Plus now Rothlisberger’s production hasn’t been replaced. Unless we consider the quarterback turnovers. Not to mention damn near every offensive linesmen who have ever worn the black & gold were better than the present “O” line. Who seems to lack heart, and self respect, from a competitive perspective.
