The coaches love him, the players love him, the owners love him that’s why they hire him, the only negative they say is that he won only 1 ring with B.Favre and A.Rodgers than that I’ll take it, if that’s the only negative I’ll take it. Do you know how many coaches have ZERO SUPER BOWL RINGS? Thousands! Nick Saban has ZERO SUPER BOWLS! So let’s SUPPORT THIS TEAM, THEY ALL DESERVE IT!
The way I see it, he was carried to a super bowl by a first ballot hall of fame qb who made the first three quarters of his career a cakewalk. This man has never had to actually develop as a coach and it shows. Guy literally has to have an assistant run time management with timeouts and whatnot because he’s incapable of doing so and has shown it time and time again. Not to mention the discipline issues; 14 presnap penalties in a playoff game is absolutely a coaching and leadership issue. He might be a good man but all he is is a puppet for Jerry to control and it is killing this team. It shows every time something awful happens and the camera pans to him looking dumbfounded at the Jumbotron instead of being fired up or pissed. Just don’t feel like this guy has any real fire in him and it’s depressing. Not saying everything wrong with the team is his fault but a man can complain. I love this team and have supported them through thick and thin forever, but it seems to me that since Jerry bought the team and fired both Tom Landry and Jimmy Johnson this team has been controlled by him and it shows. Almost 30 years of decline and it just sucks. The fans deserve better.

​@Sopping Slopster He was responsible for Rodgers development, for 3 years behind Favre, he made him MVP. Also he never had a Belichick or Coughlin defence or the “Legion of Boom”, that’s why only 1 ring. Time management was a problem but I can’t remember if it ever lost us a game, maybe I’m mistaken. I don’t know about discipline but I see Ezekiel Elliott and he is a new man, he turned him around.
@Sopping Slopster Ha ha ha, he’s making a collection. If you have so many rookies starters this is what happens, draft & develop has concequenses, you make the mistakes now early so later you are ready.
