Roger and Troy were good just like Dak before they won Superbowls. They became great after winning a Superbowl. Dak will be great after he wins 🏆 1. Roger and Troy both in the hall of fame think Dak 🤔 as well as myself, is good enough to win a championship. Dak has broken some of the records established as a Dallas Cowboys 🤠 player by both Roger and Troy but not yet winning a Superbowl. If the New York Giants can win 2 Superbowls with Eli Manning at quarterback, we can win with Dak. Dak was better when he was playing against Eli and still better now but Eli according to most is great because he won Superbowls even though the real people who know football knew it was their defense!

dak is perfect for this team, dallas is being dallas. they were always tomorrow’s team. i think they’ll make it to the conference game this year which will be a facelift to dallas and dak going forward.

@Alan Hayes I’ve never heard ANYONE call Eli Manning GREAT. You must know some Giant fans. But I disagree with you about the similarities between Dak, Roger & Troy. He and Roger are nothing alike, not in athletic ability or running ability. And a really big difference between them to me is Dak is a streaky QB. When he gets hot, there is NO better QB in the League. The other side of that coin is, to be frank, dreary as hell. When he’s slumping, he can’t move the ball, so the Defense starts keying on our running game and the game quickly goes to 💩 for us. That’s the biggest difference between them that I see but I think it’s why Dak’s never been really successful in the Playoffs. When he gets tight, he doesn’t play as well. And the Playoffs are filled with pressure, and yep, he gets tight (and I don’t mean drunk, I mean nervous as hell).

Na, I was in the Navy, Dak’s 30x better. Been on both sides of the ball, NFL & college ‘r full-time athletes – it ain’t even close, civilian athletes are better. There’s no way, like Slim said, those times ‘r over.

@Devil Dog I know Eli wasn’t great! My point was Dak’s a much better player than Eli and being that Eli won 2 Superbowls, we should be able to win with Dak because we have a good defense even though they’ve been letting us down lately. As far as the comparison to Roger and Troy, it’s only from a standpoint of winning and being good before the status of being great like those players became winning Superbowls 👍

DQ needs to change up his soft shell zone defense! Dallas has problems tackling more than anything so playing soft allows the opponent to catch passes and get upfield before reaching them for the tackle and playing aggressive makes it hard because they take bad angles and miss tackles.
The defense has poor eye discipline, awareness of the ball in the is lacking, instinct in run stopping is slow reacting because they’re so far off the ball and line of scrimmage they get blocked out the play .
