As someone who’s watched every Patriots game for Brandy & Gronks entire careers and all the pre and post game press conferences these couple months have showed the stark contrast of what life under Belichick was. Oppressive
don’t know much about what was going on in NE, but having these two on the team and their chemistry, it’s going to be scary when we all start playing well together come week 4-5. Watch out.

@Mexican Zeppelin I’m not saying he did it alone. I’m just stating facts. Pats spend more on the defense which no other team but the seahawks do with their star qb. And Belichick had losing records with two qbs who had serious playoff experience.
@Mexican Zeppelin Parcells came into the Giants in 1981 as the def coordinator. They were ranked 27th in defense in 1980. Guess who working with the defense that season.
Parcells first season coordinator they go from 27th to 3rd. By the time Belichick took over and Parcells became HC the defense was top 5
Parcells inherited a bad Pats team. He built it back up with good draft picks. Belichick was able to keep paying the defense because even after 3 rings Brady was still making less than a rookie Eli.
