Man I’m just so excited for the rest of this season with Dak coming back and this D. Kellen DONT get pass happy and just keep running the ball until situations arise where you have to pass it. If the recipe worked with Cooper it should work even better with a greater QB in Dak. GO BOYS!!!

    JJ

Some of it is Dak checking out of runs, but you’re right stick to the game plan.

    TheTrajan1980

You’re fooling yourself. Dak hasn’t played a full game since the playoff loss in San Francisco. The offense is getting better with Cooper. Dak is past his window of time… Cooper is QB1…MAGA

CANDY’S LOCKER ROOM

Great show y’all !!! 👏

Mark Chavarria

Dak just needs to let his instincts take over and play. Don’t over think anything, just let it come back naturally and he’ll be fine.

    Corey Cuellar

Yeah you could see him over processing lately. But I think this time away really helped.

    JJ

Agreed. I think he’s too concerned about getting injured again and that’s affecting his play.

    Jeremy Martin

They have been handcuffing Dak since his rookie season by forcing him to be a pocket passer. Last year Jerry Jones stated that he didn’t want his quarterback running the ball, but that’s taking away one of his biggest strengths

Deathevokation

When Dak has another garbage game like against Brady this year or last year against Denver folks will want Rush back.

    JJ

Who cares what the Dak haters want? They have nothing to do with roster management.

Dee Jay

Once again, I loved the show. I liked that everyone is as positive and optimistic about the rest of the season as I am. Even Nick. Last season he was mostly Negative Nancy. But not more Negative Nancy than Dave Helman used to be. Sometimes he would play that part, if everyone else on the panel was picking the Cowboys in the upcoming game. He was almost always the “I gotta see it first” guy. So great job to all of you.

    JJ

    Grow up.

How can a fan be pessimistic? Your defense STILL can’t stop the run (which was a big reason for your last two playoff exits), Dak has not had a good all around game of football since New England last season, your wideouts still seem to struggle with separation, your number one is emotional on the field and deals with drops, your number two looks like he’s running in quicksand.

Mr. Knowbody

One big wide out. One more RB. It could keep everyone fresh during the end of the game.

    JJ

You don’t need 3 RBs. You’re trying to fix what isn’t broken. You’re right about the WRs.

Trainer Joe

I really wonder if Daks issue is when he had the ankle pain after he tried the new shoes 3 days before the Bucs game. It was only painful on the bad ankle and maybe it got in his head a bit…he just didn’t look in the Bucs game like he did running around during camp!

    JJ

It’s possible, but I think it’s more of him not having any preseason work.

    Trainer Joe

@JJ I am with u…although last year he missed even the competitive periods in training camp last year along with all pre-season games and then played a very good game against the Bucs!

Joe Rodriguez

Crazy but it might have been a great disguse and fortune to get injured and fix his (ankle pop) before the first game of the season. Maybe that healed and his thumb. Crazy

TheTrajan1980

@Amber… Because you are female and foreign to American football. I’ll handle my statement with ‘kid gloves’ for you. I don’t know who you are following? But Dak is 🗑️. Dak hasn’t played a FULL GAME since the San Francisco loss in the playoffs. That’s a lot of time on the sideline rehabbing. Cooper is ready now. Tomorrow doesn’t matter if you can’t make it through today…Play Cooper…

JJ

The Lions have a bad defense so this is a good game for Dak to come back and reacclimate himself into game play.

Horrorwhore

I’m here for Bryan.

Eric Griffin

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Dak puts TOO MUCH TRUST in his teammates. That causes him not to RUN. That causes to HOLD THE BALL TOO LONG. He is always defending everyone that let’s him down during the game. That is the right thing to do but he needs to assume FAILURE of his teammates a little more and RUN, CHECK DOWN and GET RID OF THE BALL FASTER.

Jeremy Martin

The front office has clipped Dak Prescott’s wings by forcing him to remain in the pocket behind a inexperienced, inconsistent offensive line. Dak is a playmaker that needs to be allowed to run and fly free

Jeremy Martin

Derek Eggleton was spot on with his commentary about Dak Prescott’s confidence, that has never been an issue for him throughout his career. I do believe Dak Prescott may lack some confidence in his teammates, especially now that he’s playing with a lot of young and inexperienced players

Speak Up w Sean Marcus

Ok that’s enough remember this is football

Talentless-Medic

Bryan’s right what if he has another Bucs type game?

CallieRay

All anyone has talked about is dak coming back and how he will change things. And I hope that’s true. But I’ve had the same concerns that were finally brought up today. I miss the old dak. The flipping into the endzone Stiff arms while on the run. I’ve wondered if it was injury got in his head. Uncertainty with his line. Or coaches. But he hasn’t been the same in a long time. I hope that changes. Imagine the old dak with this team 🔥.
