Bro I swear this show is a 100 times better that Braddus is on here. He even made Ambar step her game up.

    Chocolatetown Forever

Still hard to believe Helman got that bump. Not saying this show is small potatoes, but what a huge opportunity for David.

And hes literally a foot from Joy Taylor’s……..

    Arms.

    Daniel Carrizales

@Chocolatetown Forever I’m sure he was in a circle

    Lee Anderson

    I agree 👍 💯

    Jayson Wigley

    BB is boss

    UncleAL

He’s definitely the best and nothing against her but Ambar is just terrible. She adds nothing to any show.

It should be simple sit Zeke the most important part of cowboys offense we need Zeke for the long hall there are only two top defenses left on the schedule let him heal

DJDOGG31

Can we manage this game without Zeke??? Pass protection is what I am worried about.

    Chocolatetown Forever

    Great question.

    Lokey Joker

Not IMO offense will struggle. Unless Roquan Smith decides not to ball out because side line to side line he is possibly the 2nd best LB behind Parsons IMO. Watching the Rams game you can see Bobby Wagner sitting over the left guard showing blitz Tony Pollard went to help the LG and then Ramsey blitzed off the edge and sacked Cooper Rush. Bobby Wagner was in a disguise look catching Tony Pollard looking inside even though his job was outside in when it comes to pass protection.

I’d say let teams prepare for Zeke and play him one snap. No need to give Chicago any kind of clear picture.

I trust the run defense against most teams. Most teams aren’t like Philly with 3 or more good linemen. And yes, they do give up some “big play” runs (10+ yards) but a lot of those are from a mobile QB. But they also get a LOT of TFL’s on running plays.

I kind of think of the run defense as more situational & clutch. If it’s goalline or 3rd & short that’s when they’re most likely to get a no gain stop. Or if it’s 2nd & 4 that’s when they’re probably gonna get a 3 yard TFL on a run.

But yes, prior to the trade for Hankins I would say that this defense can get exposed by a Philly or a 49ers or probably the Bills, Ravens, Titans. But still, when I’m saying “exposed” I’m thinking 24-27 points. Ain’t no way I see any team in this league dropping 30 in a game on this D without the help of a defensive/special teams score.

And hopefully Hankins helps fix that 1 issue this D has had. Also Damone Clark. Those 2 guys could be a HUGE boost to the run defense. I can see Clark coming for Barr’s playing time. They’re both really similar players but Clark is like 10 years younger & it’s a young man’s game. He’s probably got that half a step that Barr seems to have been needing to make it a 3 yard run instead of a 8 yard gain.

By the same token, maybe Hankins holds up the linemen enough so Barr can take a cleaner angle to get that half a step he needs.

Tampa Bay did run it with Leonard Fournette, Lions did well without De’andre Swift, and the Eagles ran well without Jalen hurts really hurting you. Daniel Jones ran more the Jalen Hurts although I agree with it being a young mans game. I think Sam Williams deserves to start and maybe Dan Quinn will come with more of a 4-3 look with Micah Parsons in the middle.

That Big Nickel package gives up lots of size so that’s why I suggest mixing in a 4-3 look when you can against run packages. Maybe allowing Damone Clark to play more of the traditional linebacker position getting some snaps from LVE in my opinion Barr has shown me more then LVE. LVE looked like he wasn’t taking the correct read step against the eagles much better against the LIONS but Swift would have made him look bad especially one on one off swing passes.

If Bears are in shotgun Micah Parsons is on the edge/outside linebacker teeing off on Fields if they come out in 11 personal switch it up show them a 4-3 look.

The simple solution is to use your tightends in pass protection. I’m not sure why that’s so hard🤔 The Ravens do this all the time. So does Tennessee and Cleveland. Nick Ralston is selling insurance here locally. Bring him in.

j grau

Bring in Malik Davis, he looked good in preseason.. The Cowboys need to learn to be without Zeke, they’re not gonna pay him what he wants for next season..

Ms. Felony Strutter

I love Pollard but when people do not appreciate or think we still need Zeke….. those people I can do without. If Zeke can’t go I want to see the back we got from the Falcons. Love to see what a truly big back can do Oh, know that Bears wide outs drop A LOT of balls

Trainer Joe

Maybe the team actually learned from allowing Zeke to play hurt last year and how it negatively impacted his performance…we need him strong and healthy for the end of the season. This will give him 3 weeks off to heal!

Ms. Felony Strutter

Remember by time we see Quinn, Tyron will be back and we know he is not what he used to be and still will give up a sack to a speed end but this also should be an inspired…..last few games in his career….and who knows who is healthy at that time so all I am satin is don’t be freaked out he is now a in my horrible city.

Ballsohard

Bro I swear that has been the issue w/ this offense since Dez declined the inability to get WR open it’s pathetic

Ms. Felony Strutter

I think we are holding Turpin plays for late in the season….

Freddie Settles

I think Mike McCarthy is just smart as oppose to the Jones to give the opponents a possible edge in knowing what they don’t need to prematurely know. It’s just good coaching and applauds for Mc Carthy. This is why I like his press conferences as to disliking 👎Jerry & Steven Jones telling the media too much. Bellichic and McCarthy are my coaches

Benjamin Garza

Amber one of the Cowboys fan that is glad Zeke is out sitting to your right (Derek).

Amy Toomey

Go sign Odell and trade for Roquan Smith and book tickets to Arizona!

Benjamin Garza

I love Zeke hate all the haters. They kind of shut up after the Tampa Bay game and Pollards limitations

Michael Brush

Brian …… You need to start your own Podcast Thanks for what you do!
