Defensively Dan Quinn tried to get cute lining up in an overload with three defensive lineman on the left side of the O-Line leaving Micah Parsons on the right side by himself. The O-line then easily doubled onto Micah Parsons leaving the other defensive lineman one on one. That secondary (Kelvin Joseph) may be a huge problem if they can not produce sacks and pressures.

@JJ Taking a couple deep shots and especially connecting on them helps loosen up the defense and contributes to wins. Exactly what Eagleton @9:50 and many other former coaches who are now analyst have been saying since i can remember.
What does that matter take with the defense give you as long as it’s effective and they win the game who cares about a long pass and the receiver has to be open and the play has to be called for a deep route
good concept… The only issue is to whom will he being throwing such passes??? These guys barely get any separation and don’t have deep speed.
@Brian Daniel If they win it doesn’t but its fact if you can spread the defense its usually an easier path to victory and you won’t as often have to count on a last chance 98 yard drive.
