I will say as a fan I do not watch as much Cowboy content after a loss. In fact I avoid it. Why would I want to rehash the loss or listen to the sarcasm form the local radio shows? Misery loves company… not me.

As a lifelong Cowboys fan who can face reality – the DC are a dysfunctional dumpster fire with a healthy $40M per year Dak (I’d rather have Tom Brady making $30M per year). I think the best thing that could happen now for the Cowboys is to go 1-16 and draft Bryce Young or CJ Stroud with a top 3 pick. Jerry Jones needs to sell the team or at a minimum GO AWAY & hire a real GM (he missed out on getting Tom Brady, Von Miller, Julio Jones, etc). He’s more interested in being in front of cameras & making money than winning Superbowls. Fans should stop buying merchandise and stop going to the games (or wear paper bags on their heads) – that’s the only thing that will send a real message to the Jones cartel holding our team hostage.

great point by Bryan..I’ve been asking the same damn thing..how many games have we seen players like Dillon and Jones in GB, Jevontae Williams in Denver, Eckler, Swift, McKissick, Hines for Colts or Elaire for Chiefs and many many others have darn near 10 or more catches in a game?? not always super effective but I’d rather get the ball in Pollard’s hands and give him a chance on the edge with a swing route than to just stand there, let Pollard get run over by a DE or 250+ lb LB, or let the QB get hit, then incomplete or sacked, maybe fumble etc etc..if there’s pressure get rid of the damn ball even if its to the RB..why is Moore SO DAMN STUBBORN about going downfield when there isn’t enough protection?? swing it to the RB, especially Pollard than to take hits in the pocket and get nothing..it drives me crazy..it’s like mini-Garrett..determined to run certain plays whether u have success or not or have enough protection..

Maybe I was imagining it but when Rush came in he looked in charge (I know, a sinking ship). He was barking out signals and looked comfortable. He’s limited physically but he seems to know the offense and has confidence. It’s not much of a hope but it’s at least something.

My expectations for the season were low going in and now with Dak being out for awhile I’m in full blown apathy mode. I’ll still watch the games and podcasts but I don’t expect a lot of team success.
