  1. The linebacker situation makes me feel really good about this years defense.
I hope everyone stays healthy, if quinn can play the front 7 is the best in a long time.

  2. Pay Dak and get this over with. You have others as well so getting Dak done should be priority number one. He’s definitely a winner.

  3. Pay Dak now and get over it… the pay is only RISING. Dak has put up better stats than Carson Wentz for his career and better yet, proven way more reliable. Do you think he’ll take less now? This is why you never listen to some of our dumber fans, they don’t know the market nor get how to get a better deal, earlier is better than later in this market.

  4. deep in wr’s. and rb means a lot of comp for the vets. we need to be better

  5. Give dak 27 he still will get paid he plays QB for the Dallas Cowboys that means endorsements.

  6. Awesome counterpoint series. Both Cobb AND Quinn will be impact players.
I expect most are sleeping on Iloka. He should’ve been in Dallas since he was drafted , but that’s just my opinion. I agree with Mickey here as I believe he’ll be used as a situational LB/SAFETY, or a rover type player. He’s got the size and the strength to give Heath AND Joe Thomas BOTH a run for their position on the team. I also hope that gives a younger player a chance he wouldn’t get otherwise.
It could be a WR or a big man with talent on either side of the line or EVEN a guy like Rico.

  7. @BeginToThink If only there was recent precedent to this… thinks… [Demarcus Lawrence last summer]… Dang it! If only we had an example… oh well…

  8. Mickey Spagnola has to be the most confusing hard to understand broadcaster on TV 🙂 He has no idea where he’s going or which way he wants to go:-)

  9. @BeginToThink Yes the smartest financial analysts are alway late to the party of rising assets… ‘pay more later’ as they say.

  10. @The U. Ever since marcellus wiley I don’t trust free agent pass rushers, honestly, we don’t sign good players as free agents on the defensive side very often, hopeful Quinn is a corner turned.

  11. @steal threaded today or any particular signing past or future as absolutely nothing to do with any other. And besides, its not true.

  12. Eh the LB’ers in the end weren’t at fault for our D-line getting stuffed. We could have Urlacher at LB, but if the D-line is getting blown up and blockers get to the 2nd level easily… they won’t matter all the same.

  13. @Vincent Sample Name a good free agent defensive pickup in the last 5 years. Name a good free agent pass rusher since haley.

  14. we need an upgrade at safety as well, next year is THE year we get an actual safety in the draft.

  15. Such a child, go play video games, You lack the ability to understand football in any way.

  16. @Doug Tyree gave you facts but yet you still don’t get it!!! Not something i made up BUT facts!! Little BOY!!! Now you go PLAY!😌

  17. Umm I understand you might be a little excited about Cobb, but he already had a real QB throwing to him by the name of Aaron Rodgers, don’t disrespect Rodgers like that

  18. Lol you might as well forget about Lee staying healthy, the only way that can happen is to keep him on the sidelines, Lee is not the same and the cowboys would be foolish to give Lee a lot of snaps at this point, he’s old and has never been able to play a full season so why expect a older Lee to stay healthy

  19. 27 would be more than Wentz got.
Wentz got 154 mil over 6 years. Which is about 25.7 mil a year.

  20. @Doug Tyree Guess again. Dak is the second most accurate passer in the NFL behind Drew Brees.
These are stats based on each QB’s first three years as a starter.
    Completion Percentage (Accuracy)
    Drew Brees 67.3
    Dak Prescott 66.2
    Tony Romo 65.3
    Matt Ryan 65.3
    Aaron Rodgers 64.8
    Philip Rivers 64.5
    Ben Roethlisberger 64.4
    Russell Wilson 64.2
    Tom Brady 64
    Marcus Mariota 63.2
    Carson Wentz 63.7
    Matthew Stafford 62.4
    Andy Dalton 62.3
    Jared Goff 62.1
    Nick Foles 61.6
    Derek Carr 61
    Andrew Luck 60.8
    Eli Manning 60.3
    Cam Newton 59.7

  21. @Doug Tyree And he still doesn’t have accuracy issues no matter how many times you say it. Facts are facts..

  22. eudy Maverick Mentor not really because after his two years he’s getting 32 mil this is Daks last year so if you pay him 27 then he getting hoed

  23. @kendrick Cooks No. Wentz has 2 more years under his rookie contract (5 years) before the new one kicks in. So those two years plus his new 4 year averages out to 25.7 a year to the team. Dak’s rookie contract (4 years) will be different because he only has 1 more year under his old contract.

  24. Bro🤦🏽‍♂️ really Rodger is a better qb and I’m a cowboys fan so calm your flappy tittys 😂😂✌️

  25. Yea I take it pretty serious when dak says he’s going through progressions a lot faster. He isn’t the type to exaggerate.

  26. No doubt the Eagles are a team that’s well put together, and Nick Foles has demonstrated that consistently the past two seasons (guiding them to the SB two seasons ago and saving their season last year). Dallas also has a good team as well (exemplified by the 2016’s 13-3 record, and by them overcoming so much adversity in 2017 to ultimately post a winning record, and by winning the NFC east last year). IMO you can’t determine the quality of Wentz or Dak based on those parameters, who’s better,? that’ll be determined by the success of each franchise going forward. Me, I got “Dem Boys”.
