Used to drive truck and was in Vegas for the AFC championship game 2006. Can remember it like yesterday. Was one of the greatest days of my life watching Mathis Freeney and Sanders on that field.

I’ve heard Tony Dungy say on multiple occasions that Robert Mathis’s college tape was the best he had ever seen, so I’ve always wanted to see some of it but could never find anything. Great to finally see it now

Shout out to the colts for actually scouting HBCUs!! I was born in 98, so I remember going to JSU games early and Mathis being a menace on the field against JSU.
First ballot HOF. Easily the best bookend combo in NFL History. Mathis and Freeney!
He chose the other side of 1911 but this is my favorite Edge Rusher (also one of my favorite football players).
