Love him or hate him, Tom Brady is a CLASS ACT.

He is, indeed, the Greatest Of All Time.

    Finn McKenty Slander Account

@allen stahl He has had his fair share of missed opportunities for sure but heโ€™s also one of the unluckiest QBs in playoff history, when he has a subpar postseason game he doesnโ€™t get bailed out like Brady does. Also come on, everybody will tell you that Rodgersโ€™s highlights blow Bradyโ€™s out of the water

    Lucas Harman

@Finn McKenty Slander Account highlights don’t matter. Who’s a more fun player to watch, Dr. J or Tim Duncan? Obviously Dr. J. But who’s the better player all time, with consistency, success in the playoffs, and credentials? Tim Duncan EASILY

    Oleg Igoverich

Brady overrated, manning is tied with him, 5 MVPs and same playoff passer rating despite playing far tougher defenses. Bradyโ€™s longevity evens them up

Edward Guertin

How can Tedy Bruschi be left off this team?

    Alan Armstrong

I loved him in the American team documtaries

    J_R0D USMC

    Insanity

    Speedyreedy1218

Clearly this was not made by the Pats channel…mindboggling.

Ricky Barber

Vince wilfork will always be my favorite.

TM6

Hearing Gil Santos voice brings back so many memories. Dude was really the voice of the patriots

evangcd

Love him or hate him, heโ€™s still the greatest of all time Without a doubt โœŠ

    Nacho Her

Lol Brady followed like Logan Mankins drafted from the same team & spent final 2 Season with same team.

Logan B

This team would be terrifying. Its crazy how there weren’t a lot of the “Von Millers” and “Derrick Henrys” on both sides of the ball, but they’d played better than anyone, when it mattered the most.

    Jack Waterman

I mean, is there any defense on earth that could stop Moss, Gronk, Evans, and Edelman at the same time, or an offensive line that wouldnโ€™t get embarrassed by Wilfork/Suh/Seymour/Jones?

    dad

It didn’t matter really, they always had excellent coaching and work ethic

    Brendon Buffaloe

@RUSSBOSKI88 Exactly. They didnโ€™t need superstar skill players because the offensive line controlled the trenches. They would save money on RBโ€™s and receivers (who usually played well on cheap contracts) and paid big money to top-end corners and secondary players

    M P

@Brendon Buffaloe What? The latter half of Brady’s career was defined by having a superstar TE, and in one of the best seasons of his career he had a superstar WR.

Brady publicly complained about him not having help in the skill positions.

    Brendon Buffaloe

@M P Yeah Iโ€™m aware he always had good receivers, but they didnโ€™t draft guys like Jaโ€™Marr Chase in the top 5. Brady got an elite OL and great receivers instead of Elite receivers and an average OL. Because of his immobility, that was what had to be done.

Michael Peach

Leaving off Dont’a Hightower and Tedy Bruschi off this list is madness.

    Greysen Gagne

@Kuya Arbee Lol, football is team sport bro. Moss did his part against the Giants. Not his fault the defense allowed the helmet catch to happen. Hightower is no where near Moss.

    Adam Block

I still remember Hightower was a massive part of that comeback vs. the Falcons in the Superbowl, like huge part of it. Those moments stand out in my mind a lot

    Adam Block

@Greysen Gagne I think it’s very hard comparing offensive players and defensive players and saying “these guys did their job so well”, because offensive players you can see things much easier than defense a lot of the time. I would say, Hightower for sure deserves to be in the conversation because Brady wouldn’t have 2 super bowls without him arguably. Regardless of how he did in the regular season those years. And I also agree Moss deserves to be here because he’s also great. I myself think Hightower could fit in here or at least be an honorable mention as well though.
On being Brady’s #1 teammate I think Brady himself would tell you that’s Gronk. Weather that’s true to us or not, doesn’t really matter, it’s clear Gronk was his #1 bud and teammate on both Patriots and Buccaneers. Even if Moss put up some huge numbers with Brady.

    Greysen Gagne

    @Adam Block Definitely bro

    Peter Vasilak

I agree, I think hightower did more than Mayo, and bruschi should definitely be here

Gerrit Coulter

I love Jerod Mayo, but both Tedy Bruschi and Dont’a Hightower rank above him at inside linebacker.

    kenny Doherty

    agreed and its not close.

    Ian DC

    NOPE

    Ian DC

i love teddy and donte but jerod mayo was the best inside linebacker the pats have ever has.

    Baraka Obama

No. I love both. But Mayo was the leader when the Pats defense was one of the worst in the league… Mayo was a sideline to sideline field general. Mayo was a humble savage

    Baraka Obama

@Ian DC I agree 100% Mayo was a true difference maker. a field general

FabianVanSteph

At the Offensive Tackle i would go with Vollmer , this Guy played his Heart out for Brady to protect him !

    clint fowler

The 2015 afc championship collapse disqualified him. Great guy. But he was getting abused all day by Demarcus ware

    Aaron Jackson

@clint fowler while you are right, ive heard that the center was tipping the snap. Although I have a hard time believing that such a brilliant QB and coaching staff would allow that for.too long.

Fun fact players drafted after him who went to the hof is in the 60+ thatโ€™s crazy including this year too with Hester and other players from the early 2000S

Gus espe

What Brady did with just one โ€œR.Mossโ€ excellent receiver was both unbelievable & madness !!!

    Zane Patel

@Oleg Igoverich heโ€™s a slot guy. You need outside receivers. Look what he did with cooks and moss. 2 MVPS

    Gus espe

@Oleg Igoverich OMG really your going with Wes Welker ? He had 50 TDโ€™s & 9900 yards receiving in 11 years. Sorry but those are shitty Stats & definitely not a HOF stats !!!!

    Gus espe

    @Oleg Igoverich Randy Moss had 156 TDโ€™s & 15600 receiving yards & a HOFamer !!!!

    Oleg Igoverich

@Gus espe welker has 5 pro bowls and 2 all pros, thatโ€™s arguably hall of fame material. Anyway statistically Bradyโ€™s receivers had a massive impact on his performance unlike mannings receivers.

    Oleg Igoverich

    @Gus espe thatโ€™s 900 yards a year average for a SLOT.

D’onta Hightower had huge plays in SB 49 and 51, should be in

    J H

@User Name Your memory doesn’t serve you correctly. ๐Ÿ™‚ He made the pro-bowl one of those years and had 6 sacks, 13 QB hits, and 9 tackles for a loss in only 12 games the other – he was in the opponents backfield a lot. But as the OP said – those plays in the Super Bowls. Pats most likely do not win those games without his plays.

    J H

@User Name No, no, no – it’s about those particular years. “A single pro bowl” is some sort of career assessment. You said you didn’t think he did much in the regular season of the years he made those crucial plays in the super bowl. And even if we don’t think the pro bowl means that much anymore, you can’t just dismiss his regular season.

And if we want to jump to the overall topic – Jarod Mayo was never the player Hightower was, or Bruschi. He was a good solid linebacker. The other two were better and made serious plays when it mattered. Name one for Mayo. And by the way – 6 sacks for a middle linebacker is a lot, plus with all that time in the backfield. Go look up HOF middle linebackers like Urlacher, Lewis, …

    Anton Chigurh

@User Name well either you are correct or Belichick, Kraft and the Patriots organization are right because if my memory serves me correct Dont’a was thought so highly of he was made the highest paid defensive player in Patriots history back in 2017 on a 4 year contract and The Pats just signed him last season for 2 more years at $10 million a season once again making him the highest paid defensive player on the team.Yep according to you he’s not very good but funny how cheapskate Belichick is willing to toss 60 million away in the last 7 years to keep him around ๐Ÿ˜‹

    Real life Lebowski

@User Name You basing one’s credentials and importance to a team off of how many Pro Bowls a player has been too ~ no offense man but this football thing just isn’t working out for you. (And if you want one of 50 examples) Hightower is single reason opposing teams can’t run a sweep or check down to the strong side because Hightower has always shut that play down instantly. Does it remotely resonate with you how effective a player is when he can shut down 2 crucial plays off of an opposing teams play book? Care for 49 more examples?

    *WAITS*

Johnny Topside

Iโ€™d say Iโ€™d give offensive honorable mentions to Troy Brown, Kevin Faulk, Deion Branch, Stephen Neal, and Wes Welker. Defensive honorable mentions to Dontโ€™a Hightower, Tedy Bruschi, Mike Vrabel, and Asante Samuel

    Prestige V61

    Rob ninkovich

    Michael Murphy

    @Johnny – Agree 100%

    Irregular Entertainment

IDK after that dropped catch in Super Bowl 46 Welker deserves to not be on the team.

    JAMES C

Matthew Slater. Special teams and an incredible Captain

    Kurt Wagner

On defense Iโ€™d also include Ninkovich, Aqib Talib and Malcom Butler

FF Forsyth

Loved it, and hell yes I want more….TB-12 …The QB no one wanted Mr. 199 in the 6th round… and the one who is the GOAT!!!!

Trev Mac

What could have been – Brady’s chemistry with Malcolm Mitchell in that Atlanta SB game was incredible then the poor guy after 1 season has to retire..

    Deja Voodoo

Yup. Best WR draft pick since Deon Branch and only last one year

I love Jerod Mayo, but both Tedy Bruschi and Dont’a Hightower rank above him at inside linebacker.

    Kelsey Kjarsgaard

    Yea clearly

    littleman938

Teddy Forsure but believe me bro. Jerod mayo was that dude.

    Coach Mix

Totally agree!! Mayo was a beast but he was third. I would have went Hightower, Bruschi, Mayo. Probably would have left Devin White out because it was only two years with Brady.

    Nick Vanhoof

@Coach Mix yes, get devin White out of here.

    Barney Gumble

    Mayo was average.

Sam

I like your top 3 receivers but man there is something wrong with Welker not being on that list.

    Cory Vereyken

Can’t figure out why Wes Welker is not on this list. Watched to see where he would be .
Does no one remember how good they were together.
    Glad you Do.

    Sweeches !

@Cory Vereyken him and Edelman are both slot guys, its one or the other really

    Jacob Dionne

Maybe if he didnโ€™t drop a wide open pass on the Super Bowl

Wayne tables

I put Bruschi, Hightower, and Vrabel in before Mayo. Mayo racked up tackles and played a lot of years with NE but the defense was horrible when he was at his best so he’s a tough guy to judge. That’s really my only objection, maybe Kevin Faulk over James White too but this is a pretty much flawless job.

    Etheu9sby

Should have been those 3 and willie.

    Kurt Wagner

The defense is all kinds of messed up

bigtex5483

Leaving Bruschie and Vrbal off this list is a jokeโ€ฆthey were the patriots. Honorable mention to Asante Samuel, Hightower and Troy Brown

    Jeffrey Hoozemans

Asante Samuel dropped that int though

    serchnogues

    And Kevin Faulk!!!

    Speedyreedy1218

    Laurence Marmot was good too.

BE C

You know Tom Brady’s the GOAT when you can make a list of Top Teammates in a 22-year career.
