Clay Pro what other receiver was more reliable than Hopkins? He missed two games in his entire career put up career numbers and sacrificed for the city and now because he asked for a raise everybody saying he needed to be gone but the guy is a top 3 receiver in this league. No other receiver on this team can do what Hop did. All we have now is a bunch of pup/ir guys on the team I wonder how that’s gonna work out. Fuller=hamstrings not dependable for a whole season, Cooks=5 concussions 1 away from having to retire not dependable a whole season, Coutee= don’t know the playbook barely plays, Stills= above average receiver but won’t put up Hop numbers, David Johnson= multiple injuries average RB not dependable a whole season. Thats most of the offensive starters shall I continue with defense?

If O’Brien was the offensive genius he was expected to be that might be a different thing, but he relies far too much on the defense and endangers Watson’s longevity with every sloppy game plan he rolls out. Watson runs for his life, plays with fractured ribs and the coach just says ‘he’s a tough kid’…like it’s okay to keep rolling the dice on the only quarterback the alledged ‘quarterback whispherer’ can win with.
