After all that drama, missing a week of practice, I’m so freaking glad he’s back out there. He should be the starting RT. Schofield will be RG.
Can’t leave out Borom lol. Borom should take turns at RT with Teven. Braxton will be our LT.

Seems like he felt that his spot as a starter was a lock but the new regime made it clear that you gotta work and earn your starting spot. So now he realize that he has to get his head in the game

Back injury/surgery last season, and another back injury this season. He can’t push himself too hard though cause he’ll just hurt his back more. He’ll be fine tho.

I’m guessing he tore up his back again. That’ll definitely sideline, even the best athletes.
He should be starting at right tackle, Schofield at right guard, Whitehair at center, Braxton and LEIFF at left tackle splitting time, and anyone but Mustipher at left guard.
My thoughts:
– Seems like the trade rumors had some legs
– There’s no animosity with his coaches
– His back injury has definetly been acting up.
– He doesn’t want to disclose much
– He says he’s loyal to the Bears, unless something changes.
Good to see him back, hopefully he gets his mental right and works hard to win a spot on the team. He seems to be the only Bear, that we know of, that hasn’t bought-in to Coach Flus’ system. Could be wrong, but we shall see! Let’s work Tev!

I had Tev as my #1 tackle in that draft. That burial block on the sideline against Texas is still one of the most devastating blocks ive seen. I really hope the kid works out.

I appreciate Tevin putting up with the kind of personal questions the reporters are asking. They were tough on him and he tolerated them without getting emotional.
A few weeks ago Ryan replaced Soup Campbell with Mike Wiley Jr because of his mental health background & changed the title from VP/Director of Player Engagement to Director of Player Development and Mental Skills. I wonder if Mike Wiley in that new position can be defined as a “trainer”. All the best to Teven. We’re rooting for you.
