@Philip Doyle any positive yards are good yards. everybody can’t be Mahomes. In my opinion they could not stop the run on defense. Teddy was solid! your defense lost this game in particular that linebacker on that pass interference late in the game and the Raiders got another TD because of it.

@Jimmie Johnson 48 Champion 75 of those yards were a blown coverage and easy throws. He missed so many throws, they could have won. Teddy sucks

@Im2GuD 89 that’s not how playcalling works. Unless its a screen, you usually don’t throw to your runningback unless no one is open or the blitz is too hot. That’s why they are called safety valves. Teddy didn’t throw to McCaffrey because plays were drawn up for other guys and they kept getting open.

Teddy was NEVER a backup y’all just causals. Teddy had that vikings team in the olayoffs before a bad injury and new orleans let he heal and learn for 2 years. You realize this is like only his 4th or 5th year right? Back up QB? Keep obly watching highkights bud. As a falcons fan I have a deep hatred for the oanthers but you gonna be seeinf rlteddy in the olauoffs for a long time if they build something around him

@aaron christopher no player in the NFL has converted more 4th and one run plays since 2011 than Cam. Teddy deserved an opportunity to move the chains with the game on the line. QB sneak with a yard or less to go is successful over 70% of the time. FB dive with a yard or less to go is successful less than half the time. Football 101. Our rookie coaches had a great game on offense and choked in the clutch. They know better and will learn from it.

He deserved the opportunity to be successful on fourth down like Cam was yesterday and he wasn’t given a chance. Now I’m going to educate you about play design. On the dive we ran Teddy was required to take the snap and move the ball three yards backwards just to hand off to a back who didn’t have a lead blocker. Our center and left guard were tasked with blocking three defenders. The only way the plat can succeed is if two linemen block three defenders. They failed and the first man was a yard into our backfield when Armah took the hand off. Doesn’t matter how big he is the defender is just as big with a head of steam. That’s why the play failed. Same blocking scheme on a hand off to CMC and Armah blocks the guy who tackled him while CMC easily gains 1-3 yards for a first down. QB sneak Teddy doesn’t advance the ball three yards backwards to hand off. He simply leans forward on the center’s back and stretches the ball across the line of scrimmage. That is the highest percentage play. Based on your comments you have a very limited understanding of the game. Luckily I’ve been patient and given a good faith effort to raise your football IQ. If you don’t understand these concepts as I’ve explained it, you are either stupid AF or you just don’t want to understand the game.
