@Kelvin Barber Bowles is a good DC but as a head coach he is terrible.
@stoves92 Terrible in reference to decisions making, lack of preparation, no adjustments and conservative playcalling. He apparently doesn’t know enough to be HC because you have to understand both sides of the ball.
Let’s be honest, NO TEAM in the NFC South deserved to be in the playoffs period. And looking back on the season as a whole it can’t be a surprise that they got blown out in that Wildcard game. They couldn’t score, they couldn’t stop teams from scoring and they just looked out of sync all year. I think people need to start having honest conversations about the root cause of a team with back-to-back 12-win seasons that couldn’t get above .500 or string together any more than two wins in a row. Is it coaching? Is it player skill degradation? Is is injury? Is it a combination? The other problem to solve is Brady’s replacement. Blaine and/or Kyle are not “the guy”, unless the bar is to keep chasing 8-9 records.
You know we are quick to fire everyone once things go sour. Maybe we should just fire everyone who doesn’t go to the superbowl the first year in coach. That would allow a lot of growth for the team! – sarcasm. I’m excited to see where things go. Maybe Brady retires, stays or goes to another team or maybe we “reload” a new identity. We got a superbowl in my time as a fan , some can’t say that.
Bowles absolutely is the Issue. He’s not a good HC. He is a good DC perhaps. But this team needs fire and Bruce was able to provide that but Bowles isn’t
Buccaneers have to stop lying to themselves. This team has serious issues. Without a running game, opponents can play the pass every down. The defense struggles to get stops, limiting the number of opportunities their bad offense has to score. The secondary couldn’t cover an ant with a bedspread. Losing Barrett, Brate hurt and maybe they can return to form, but the Bucs need younger, hungrier players on the OL and everywhere on defense.

Kinda sad Bowles is staying I feel like he’s the problem our team is so undisciplined, he seems too laid back and it’s causing our players to play poorly

First of all, Bowles is a DC, not HC and second of all, the whole organization of Tampa Bay doesn’t deserve Tom Brady.he sacrificed his family for this shame.
Great to start looking at a future with no Tom Brady and ask New England how that has panned out. A total house cleaning is happening so good luck Buc’s.
We have to appreciate the best 3 yr. stretch in franchise history. This and the run up to the 2002 win in the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, this team faces an uphill battle now. Jason Licht rebuilt this team by first getting a coach he knew could win: Bruce Arians from his time in Phoenix. Then with free agents and good drafts as well as getting Tom Brady, they won a Super Bowl. The problem now is Tom Brady is aging out, Bruce Arians is retired, and now Jason Licht faces the issues of a salary cap that is unforgiving. Licht is going to have to find another coach next year to lead this team into the future, and he cannot rely on his past in Phoenix to bail him out. That will dictate if we have many more bad years or return to relevance in the next four years.
Tom plz come back give us 2 more years we can easily win the NFL south and the NFL period. lets reload and get back to top form we aren’t that far off draft online high grab some guards in free agency grab some pass rush losing jpp and such hurt and it was apparent resign ldavid and bring in another top corner to compete let’s reload and do this thing LFG TB12 we still got u finishished business
