rookies are regressing, our scheme is getting exposed, players are in the wrong positions, and vets are having their worst year yet. Caldwell is awful
Yeah the scheme literally doesn’t fit our players and that’s the frustrating part. How do you get two first round picks on defense with one being the first overall pick and both of them are playing out of position. Good NFL coaches adjust their scheme to their talent
Seahawks and Jaguars both switched to 3-4 from 4-3 and look how its going for them. Terrible run defense on both sides.
Why do we have to suck again. Back to being a depressed Jaguars fan.

What did Doug said when he was hired, I know y’all getting tired of losing, it’s going to be different, this year, He needs to get mad and call these players out. to much money being spent here.if they don’t call out the players then call out the coaches. Someone is to blame
We don’t need that again lol that IS what Urban was doing and it was rubbing people the wrong way. When he called out the whole receiver room and Marvin went off is one example that comes to mind.
Caldwell is not doing a good job. It’s either these high draft picks are way under performing or our Defensive Coordinator is not up to the task. It most likely is Both! There needs to be more accountability BIG TIME!!! The Defense is consistently ILL Prepared!!!!! Whose fault is that????? The DC!!!!
Our defense is terrible. Our scheme doesn’t match what we have. Go back to more conventional 4-3 and get Travon and Josh Allen’s hands on the damn ground and rush the passer instead of putting them in coverage. They are DEs, not coverage backers.
sell the team, move the team something drastic has to happen. we are down to the bottom of the barrel. there are too many bad players and too much money being spent with too few results. the experiment of putting a team in such a small market has not worked. there is no fixing this team. too many drafts and too many free agents to fix this team. the fanbase will not wait for the amount of time it would take. the stadium would be empty except for the other team’s fans. we have been rebuilding this team for far too many years. it’s over.
