This guy is the real deal. I’m so glad we signed him. He’s proven to be as good a player as I thought he is however, his leadership is what really sets him apart. I love the fact that he’s not satisfied with our record right now. He’s focused on the big prize!
Look at the blocks Armstead made on that 4th quarter run by Wilson from around midfield that went for about 20 yards. He gets in on a double team and shoves the D-lineman about 3 yards to the right, then peels off and stands up a linebacker. Wilson veered left around left tackle and then back to the right into the gaping hole Armstead created with those 2 blocks.
