Tyrone White

Hands down one of the best owners if not the best in the league or in professional sports!!! Big truss

    Ronald Franklin

I think we need to bring attention to the Ravens empowerment of African Americans within the Ravens organization one of the leaders in the NFL of creating and using these individuals football 🏈 talents and experience doesn’t happen everywhere else

    nikeguy2

    @Ronald Franklin 😂🤣🤣

Derrell Anderson

We never get to see Steve as much this was great. Marlo one of the best interviewers 💫

    Robert Warthen

Marlo always looks incredibly prepared and yet free flowing at the same time. He is an excellent interviewer.

Steve was dropping gems the whole interview. The only thing better then being rich and famous is being rich, famous dont get you anything🔥🔥🔥🔥. I think thats how he said it lol

Jack Turanchik

This was great. Amazing owner and an even better person.

Melanie Harrington

I WAS NOT disappointed! Loved the interview!!

We are lucky to have Steve. Thank you for all that you’ve made this organization to be. I, too, watch the interviews of players more than the tape. If there’s ever a scouting internship, I’d love to be a part of it 😀

Jordan Saenz

Crazy to see marlon go from a rookie behind jimmy smith to the vet he’s become. One of my favorite first rounders in years.

Eddie Winehosen

Seeing this interview makes it so clear why everyone that has been a Raven, is a Raven and might be a Raven love the organisation. It starts from the owner and trickles down all the way, Play like a Raven!

If I ever met him I would ask him for two double cheeseburgers and french fries lol the reason behind that is because if money never means a thing to you to have a cheese is it burgers in a french fry and nothing but a drop in the bucket to you but it would mean the world to the person you given it to I tell my nephews and my niece that all the time if you can’t afford to give somebody to double cheeseburgers and french fries then you don’t know how to use your money in the way should be used

    nikeguy2

@Micheal Wilcoxon He looks down on you, you’d never meet him. You’re a dollar sign to this guy; just like the players.

The guests for these eps just keep getting better and better. Hats off to Ravens org and production staff for putting these together. Wishing Marlo would get more interactive with his guests (facial reactions to guests’ comments, unscripted banter between questions, etc). In THAT regard, this was also Hump’s best interview. I think he grows a little as an interviewer with each guest. Great to see! This ep will be tough to top. 8^D

I feel like in time he will

Got to meet Mr.Bisciotti and his lovely wife at a small event about 13 years ago for a youth football team as they were celebrating their championship and beginning the step into high school ball the following year. Mr.Bisciotti and his wife took time to talk to each and every young player and make them feel special and heard. They even took time to pull me aside and shake my hand and talk to me on a personal level as well. I will never forget that. As a high school senior who was only asked to come and speak to the kids and give them an idea of the transition they will face from rec ball to high school, Mr.Bisciotti and his wife made me feel like a celebrity and someone they needed to know. It truly starts at the top when it comes to setting a standard, and continuing the standard of class for the Ravens organization. Best owner in the league, hands down.

Jonesnaltitude

Great interview. Ravens fans should feel very fortunate to have a guy like Steve as our owner.

Darius Land

I didn’t even get into 2 mintues into the video and already I can feel how powerful this segment is gonna be. Very rare that you here from ANY billionaires directly.

Loexity

Glad this man owns the Ravens, also really cool to actually see an owner talk about these things with a player.

Robb W

Great interview! As a former Redskins fan, I REALLY appreciate having an owner like this. Night and day!

    Davon Stokes

As a die hard wiz fan and raven fan I get to see how a trash organization is ran and how a great one is operated lol rs tho

This was such an excellent episode! Not that I was unaware, previously, but it shows you such a window into the day-to-day operations of the team from the top down, leading with a character first mantra from the owner, Steve Biscotti. I feel so fortunate as a fan of this team to have men like him, like Eric DeCosta, like John Harbaugh, who don’t dispense of race but instead embrace it, fully, and act as conscious human beings at a time when there are so few who do.

When Steve Biscotti mentions HBCU’s, for example, it doesn’t feel like some gimmick just to appease fans and to quiet dissent; It feels genuine. Like someone who sincerely understands the disparity in this country and who is actively against it. It’s no coincidence that this is the team to draft Lamar Jackson and to treat him as the elite quarterback that he is. It’s also no coincidence when a player like Justin Houston signs with Baltimore and immediately remarks how, on every level, they treat each player as the men they are. While it might seem pathetic to congratulate a team for this — particularly in 2022 — it really shouldn’t go unacknowledged, because this is how we move forward as a society. This is what progress truly looks like, and to have that feeling come from the owner of a professional football team, in my opinion, really is an extraordinary thing!

Well said, well said my friend.

Excellent interview. “Big Shotty” as I call him, is a cool guy. Not only did he drop gems throughout the interview, he also gave us insight on how the organization runs on loyalty, drive, and character. Shout out to Marlon for asking great questions. I love this team! 👏🏾
