Then after that failed he went to a dysfunctional Carolina team with Matt Rhule as the head coach. If he has the right coaching staff _maybe_ he will be good. (probably not but like you know)

When Matt Rhule came in I fully expected his mentality to match (if not exceed) Wilks current mentality. That just didn’t happen. Matt had me hook, line and sinker in what message he was trying to convey as to what he was going to do in Carolina. With that being said… it never happened. Wilks is doing what I thought Matt would. The main difference is he has AUTHORITY and it shows on the field. These guys believe in him. I cannot imagine him not getting this job as head coach. And if he doesn’t I couldn’t imagine who tepper and staff would THINK could do better than what Wilks has done. #KeepPounding guys!! 👊🏻👊🏻
