Steve Wilks outlines practice approach in Rams prep

So happy to have a coach that doesn’t mumble stumble and stutter his way through an answer. Helps instill confidence in mindset and what he’s saying.

This man speaks like a man’s coach. He can’t give away any inside info, but his words inspire confidence

If we have a winning season it’ll be solely because of this man. He speaks with authority and confidence I really do like him. No matter where we’re at by the end of the season I feel like we’re in better hands regardless if we only win one or two more games

One word “DYNAMIC” I just hope it translates to wins.

I like the fact that he’s reaching into the practice squad. Idk how much good it’ll do or how good HE will be but it shows that he is at the very least, using all his resources which is awesome. I think he just wants this more than rhule did. He literally doesn’t have the opportunity to get “comfortable” his job is on the line. I just hope the locker room is doing well with the adjustments..

Love pj, hes aware of his all star receivers and players, and knows how to use them. Thats why im super excited to see him play. This coach speaks a loud energy of confidence and serious tone. Im super excitedd just to see what kind of system we are gonna be running. I dont care what the outcome will be just excited to see where this team is gonna go from here.

I’m excited again for the rest of the season with Wilks at the helm.

There’s no better man for this job than Steve Wilks.

I’m really interested to see how they play this weekend. I actually think they may beat the Rams. I think the guys will have new life and more since of urgency. I would not be surprised if Wilks is the guy. As a reminder to everyone, he was here when times were good in Carolina. He’s not going to tolerate garbage

I love the fact that he’s a Charlotte native. He understands the people are just wanting a winner. The fans around here are just waiting for the Panthers to give us a reason to be proud. Then you want see other teams fans dominate our stadium.

I went to High School (West Charlotte) with Steve Wilks. I was a sophomore and he was a senior and the star quarterback for West Charlotte’s varsity football team. He was a very good quarterback and won a lot of games at West Charlotte. I do stand up comedy and Steve Wilks came to a few of my comedy shows at the comedy zone. I text him the other day and told him congratulations and he responded by saying thanks Chris. The whole city of Charlotte and West Charlotte alumni is rooting for this man. Let’s go Panthers, keep pounding.

Wilks is an impressive guy. He got shafted in Arizona. I hope the best for him here. Hoping he gets a shot.

I don’t care how he does the rest of the season, I wouldn’t mind giving him and his vision a shot next season. I believe in every word he’s saying.

This man knows exactly what to say in the press conference’s. Reminds me of Mike Tomlin.. Of course all that matters is how it converts on the field but he will make us a better football team without question with his mentality and love of the game. He’s going to expect a ton out of every player on the field and expect each of them to play their hearts out. This is what this team needs right now…
