With only 14 padded practices allowed by the NFL, Coach Tomlin giving any non-injured players the day off is pampering the players. That makes the team softer.
Each of those 14 practices should be full contact by ALL healthy players. Pampering the players is why Tomlin was not able to achieve success in the playoffs for the last decade.
Kevin Colbert gave Tomlin super bowl level with the Killer B’s, yet Coach T pampered them -so they underachieved. Now he still pampers…when will he learn?

    LOL. Then when everyone is hurt you’ll be bitching that he went too hard on them. Maybe you should apply for the head coaching position and instill your tough nosed approach so we can go 0-16 every season.
