@Terry Reddinger Since you say you’re not talking about simple muscle strain. What exactly are your qualifications to supplant the doctors and trainers who currently provide medical care/physical therapies for the Steelers?

Atheos B. Sapien because most of them are to far on therapy side of the house to understand training adaptation. What I would suggest is that he does is low intensity work to maintain strength and mobility. He hasn’t played for over a week which also means his recovery process is sub par. James Harrison would spend $250000 a year on recovery and train hard during the season consistently.

I’m trying to point out, regardless of his age, that he needs a better overall approach to recovery and exercise. Simply practicing throwing balls is skill development.

Many professional private coaches would agree with me that he leaves a lot on the table in terms of his performance. He could be a lot
better than he is but because of his size he gets away with it.

@The Amazingly Randy Steelers could’ve won big if they wanted to. They could’ve scored touchdowns at the end of games when they had it 1st and Goal but they took knees to end it instead of racking up more points. It’s not college, so no need to rack up the points, just win, that’s all that matters.
