    This was a close victory I was kinda worried for a sec the way the broncos came back that damn fast. Yes not having a preseason did hurt a little but a strong team and leader would work through those little things that need work done on it was not the most excellent performance either and again we still beat Denver so yeah let’s go Steelers

The OL held up very well under the circumstances. We still need to figure out what is happening in the secondary. The amount of drops the broncos had may not occur when they play Baltimore. Still the team looks very good at the moment.

    Wayne Hasch we have such a deep WR group that we put him in to block and for deep passes. They will eventually add more and more as the year goes on we just want him later in the year when it matters. This is like his pre season rn

I wonder what happened at the end of Connor’s run. He just put his head down and was tackled. Maybe he was just gassed. Maybe he wanted to be sure not to fumble. Great run tho. Claypool sure wasn’t gassed. He turned on the jets and left the dB in the dust.

    You can see how fast he is when he’s the gunner on special teams. He ran down and tackled the punt returner. UNASSISTED tackle.

Mind Business

What are we saving Claypool for? It seems like he is making key plays every time he touches the ball. The offense looked lethargic after the Claypool touchdown. Almost felt like we put it on cruise-control until Denver scored. Gotta get that killer instinct and put teams away early. Can’t let teams hang around, other teams are going to issue us the “L” if we don’t keep the pedal down. Ben needs to enjoy himself and hit the open guys and try not to cater to certain players. Everybody says they are happy as long as we get the “W,” lets hold them to that statement. Defense cannot make those crucial errors, especially on 3rd down. As for Benny Snell…”You killing me Petey!” PROTECT THE BALL!!!
