Viking Blood

They couldn’t stop a nose bleed.

tarvis800

Chris being real telling it how it is.. NO SUGAR COATING

Quarentino Brown

Defense is non existent, can’t stop the run, can’t stop the pass, can’t take the ball away
Offense can’t run…still, can’t throw, can’t block
Boswell looks fine… He’s the only consistently good part of this team

    Aubrella

Najee is great, our line just sucks at blocking for him.

D pall

The Steelers still have a chance ……….. for a high draft pick.

    D pall

@Brian Costello That would work for me!

    DubbleDizzle ??

    Desmond Ridder

    D pall

@DubbleDizzle ?? we are not quite that bad. He will go to The Lions or such.

    DarKshine ThaKid

    I hope. Sheesh..

    DarKshine ThaKid

Keep Ju Ju for a discount. Just have weapons

C M

The starters were in because in the last loss to Cincy, they got beat up in the press for quitting.

Chris B

Problem is teams know exactly how to play us now. Running on us neutralizes our best defensive player and leading us early neutralizes Najee’s impact. It’s a second string defense out there, losing Tyson, Tuitt, and Vince Williams just gutted us in the middle. Need to figure this out quick.

    TeddyBelcher 4K Ultra wide 21:9

    Rushing the pass is easy

    Ledonte Taylor

@Maurice Hart true i feel you starters are way better then the backups

    Ledonte Taylor

    @TeddyBelcher 4K Ultra wide 21:9 didn’t yall go 0 and 16 a couple of seasons ago

    AwakeSleeping People

    @Ledonte Taylor Nope.

    Aubrella

This is not a quick fix. We need a entire system overhaul. Tomlin and the coaches and ben need to go. Time to tank for a high draft pick and start fresh next year. This year is shot. And Tomlin has not won enough payoff wins over the last ten years. Appreciate all he has done but his and Ben’s era needs to be over or we aren’t going anywhere

Sparky 13

Are we ever going to know exactly when/if Stephon Tuitt is returning? Nobody ever talks about him and how valuable he is for stopping the run.

    Michael Jefferson

Maybe next season if his mental capacity is intact.
I recently lost my brother and it’s hard. I’m sure that Mr. Rooney et al has assured him that he’ll be welcomed back when he’s ready to return and not a day sooner.

    Sparky 13

@Aubrella I’m completely aware that he lost his brother and the injury he had before that. Why he’s not playing was not the question.

Mary Leonard

It is time to hold the leadership of the Steelers accountable. The team has no soul.

John McMurray

Pittsburgh’s defense couldn’t fight its way out of a wet paper bag. Seriously. Go Steelers!

Batgirl P

This guy has more passion than the actual players.

    Yancy Jenkins Sr

    @batgirl..Pomp don’t play!

Jeff Bryson

Nice job having a plan for Mixon. Do you watch prior games?

Sparky 13

I’ve been a diehard Steelers fan for 45 years. I don’t earn a living by spending energy on the success or failure of this team and nothing is in my control. It’s an internal Steelers problem. I still have to live my best life. The Steelers aren’t going determine MY future, win or lose.

I just remember when I was a child and used to draw personal inspiration from the Steelers because I was an impressionable kid.

I’m grateful that this wasn’t the team on my 13-inch, 3 channel, no remote, black and white TV on Sunday morning when I was 7 and 8 years old in 77′ and 78′.

This team lacks tenacity. It’s like they’re disgruntled employees tired of their jobs. No pride. No grit, but for a few guys.

I’m a Steelers fan for life, win or lose. Good or bad. Let’s go guys!! Beat Baltimore and believe you’re great!! Hit hard. Play hard. Be a Steeler.

    Michael Jefferson

    Amen…….

chase schneier

T J is saying all the right things but you know deep down he’s disgusted with his team mates’ play and the poor coaching.

Aubrella

We are trending to be the 80s Steelers. We’ve been dominant for so long but now no one fears us, and we are about to have several more bad years. The team needs an entire overhaul. We are wasting careers of guys like tj minkah diontae and Najee. We need to start over starting with both Tomlin and Ben. I appreciate all both have done for us over the years but it’s time for a new dynasty. Tomlin has barely won any playoff games in the past ten years. Yes he had a winning record but he is too inconsistent. Ben needs to retire after this season and we need a new franchise qb. Still love the black and gold, and will root for them until the day I die though. But this was the most embarrassing loss I can remember in the last 15 years.

Jeff Thornton

Chase needs to step it up tho. 6^4 an fast an doesn’t show it.

Mark Davison

Chris Hoke Is 100% right.
The Steelers need to man up and play what’s In front of em.
Hit some 1 eat up a block.
Play physical football

d0nKsTaH

8 total carries by Harris.
This happened last year too… when the Steelers decided to sTOP running the ball they started losing.
Here we go again.. a tie and two straight losses with the rushing attempts dipping with each game.
If you don’t control the game and also keep the opponents defense guessing to what you are going to call…
You become easy to beat

Jeff Hudgins

Being consistently at the top in the AFC North, has limited the quality of players available in the draft. It’s no surprise that consistent poor teams in Cleveland and Cincinnati have netted them quality draft picks which has leveled the playing field.

    M F

On top of that we are giving away picks for asinine deals

Jay Kessler

They should be looking at Bailey Zappe out of WKU. He might not be from a huge SEC school but the dude has the highest yards per attempt, a 70% completion ratio, and throws BOMBS! 52 TD’s to 9 int for almost 5000 yards with a 168.3 qbr. He’ll fly under the radar and will outperform Mason immediately!
