If I was Lions fan, I woulda been so mad last yr that my QB of 12yrs never got us close to a Superbowl, then actually wins one the very next year on a diff team. At 1st, one would assume Matt mustve been great all along, & that it WAS the teams fault that the Lions never raced through the playoffs. However, the Rams only won cuz they went all out with $$ in ’21, so they could pick & choose only great talent that they knew they could only afford to pay for that 1 year hard push. Matts average performance this yr without those players, proves that he is just average. Its like if a baseball team went to an All-Star championship tourney, hand selected the best players there & paid them huge salaries that they all know makes it a one year deal only. Its cheating in my eyes! After that one well played & fortified “all star” yr with those temp “all-stars”, of course they knew they’d go right back to being average lol….. proving Matt was not good enough to get you there all along!

But, surely you’re in line next to have a year like last years Bengals. You have to be!!

Yeah but the QB needs to do his job too when your defense is good!! Getting the ball back for the team by the defense is only part of the battle. Gotta get a few points too! Rodgers is playing completely out of character, I dont know what’s going on with him this year!

They just got whooped by the Browns last week 😆 beating a bottom 5 team like Carolina isn’t that exciting

Truth. I will say, however, that the Browns downright own us. They always play us harder than anybody else.

Id agree with you, if it wasnt the exact same thing last year!! If the up & down chaos gets them to a SB, why would anyone “fix” it?? They always show up when they REALLY need to, & always get the must have wins. I believe inconsistency, is their consistency lol.

​​​@Hakeem Sd70M If we ever played the Browns in a MUST-HAVE win, we would beat them….just like every other team we beat in must-have games to get to the Superbowl….we won them all (I dont consider the Superbowl to be must-have).

It really doesnt bother me that the Browns have beaten us 5 in a row, cuz we still own the head to head 51-47, & cuz those games we lost to them had ZERO significance on us. Winning or losing to them, never mattered!! I mean none of our starters even played in our 2nd game last year…cuz it never mattered if we won. So relax lol they dont matter!!
