It really grinds my gears that Butker and McDuffie’s injuries were due to the field. I know McDuffie will be back but I was really excited to watch him play against the Chargers.

That Stat a out Herbet throwing as many 3 touchdown games as mahomes isn’t really much of a stat because Mahomes does 4 and 5 touchdown games more often than 3 or less
That’s cap but in 2018 Pat did have 7 games with 4 or more TDs. But since that year, he’s only had 7 games with 4 or more and only 1 game the year they won the SB.

Regardless of this outcome let’s be real as a chargers fan I’m pretty sure we both know that the chargers and chiefs are going to split and raiders will get swept by the chiefs again
We got speed with hardman and routes we have MVS and JUJU; with some speed and routes and good REALSE, and SKYY, with speed and REALSE , and kelce we got
At full strength, both teams are better than last year, it looks like. KC is more multiple on both sides of the ball, and they’re bigger and faster on D. Mack AND Bosa on the field will really test a mediocre set of offensive tackles. KC will be running and throwing out of 2- and 3-TE sets, working all parts of the field. Should be tougher to defend, and expect them to counter the EDGE rushers with quick throws and hard running.
Historically, Chargers have been their toughest in the 1st quarter of the season. If they’re going to split, this year, then this road game is LA’s best shot.
Remember all those terrible Thursday night games, when they were new? Teams would mail it in, get blown out, and Thursday night football was a yawner? Those days are done. This could be the premiere matchup/game of the week.

We need this game big time. We have a tough schedule and the Charges have a cake walk the next 6 games.
To think last year only reason why chiefs won was due to chargers bad defense and no Darwin James towards the end.
