That’s Amazing! You’ve certainly witnessed a lot of Dolphin FB…. and I agree the new coach has some humor to him but what percentage of his job do you believe requires him to be funny? I’m concerned this guy is in over his head. We’ll see and hopefully I am wrong.

@MARYBLEUZ My issue is Chris Grier. Its beginning to make too much sense that Chris primary concern is keeping his job by hanging others out to dry. Im beginning to sense thats we he loves hiring 1st hc’s. They never see it coming.

If our new head coach thought process translates to action on the field from the player then we are about to be very very great team in the future. I love his mental approach to thing about people.A very good motivator can do wonders to certain people or players who REALLY want to improve especially with tons of support from coaches

McDaniel is going to show Tua in a whole new light. Our offense will be good. Grier is well spoken and a smart guy.
All Tua needs is a clean pocket to be very good
@Kubilay Tunc anybody can be good in a clean pocket.. the hat makes you great is what you do in an unclean pocket like burrow 92% efficiency under pressure
Tua had worse pressure and look how good he did. Burrow holds the ball too long.
