IF Penei Sewell or Kyle Pitts are available at 9 and neither Justin Fields or Mac Jones are still on the board, take Sewell, then Pitts. Sewell will dominate on the O-Line for years to come! (I know there are haters of Jones, but Rypien and Driskel? Meh.. I will roll dice with Mac Jones, can always trade him later.) So far Lock has not gone a full season without injury. I am not as high on Lance it will be at least a year before he is ready to play, maybe more. Cincinnati will likely take Sewell but may bite on Pitts or Chase. If Sewell or Pitts fall to 9 and all QB’s are gone I do not see how you pass on that. Yes Fant is a good TE. But adding Sewell or Pitts makes the Denver offense scary. If Lock cannot succeed with the addition of one of those 2, he is not ready. Remember we have to out score KC twice a year. Our D is not perfect, but still good and there will be good Day 2 LB’s available, and good Day 3 RB’s available and we need to pick up a good RB as well. And we may get Farley Day 3.
