Yeah don’t draft a QB

Quincy Kendall Bias1997

Draft a QB in the first round? No thank you. 🙅🏾‍♂️

    Gromi _116

Um yes. I don’t want marcus marioto on my team

Bryan Rocha

I think malik willis is good for us just think about it, mariota gets injured, malik comes in and makes the win, sounds good to me. Its your decision atlanta.

    LaValle Barlow

Facts, Marcus is ALWAYS injured. It’d be stupid to only have an injury prone QB and not draft Malik.

    Yung Redboi 2500

@SKIP THE BASE so what does that mean Steve McNair played for Alcorn State and was a beast at the next level Jerry Rice went to Mississippi Valley State and he’s a Hall of Famer it doesn’t matter about where you went and the competition you faced if you got it you got it regardless

    gibbssteve01

@Yung Redboi 2500 To further your point, Terrell Owens, Walter Payton, Michael Strahan , and Larry Allen to name a few, have made their mark among the NFL’S best.

    Kooligan

    lmao

    Trevor Stewart

Malik Willis would be a mid 2nd round pick the last 2 years and probably next year as well… why draft a kid so high just because he is a qb when the roster has holes everywhere draft a WR or OL so if we need a qb in 23 he has protection and or weapons

Gary Turbo

Not really anything worth drafting

Monolith2001

I don’t want any QB at #8. I would love Howell in the 2nd (late 1st trade back). He has tons of experience, had all the weapons in 2020 and had them taken away in 2021. He put that UNC offense on his back and showed that toughness and grittiness that I’d love to see in the red and black. His pass stats went down in 2021 but he replaced it with 800 yards on the ground and led the nation in missed tackles among QBs.

    Shahmir

@DrGanja99 I don’t know enough about Howell, but I know enough about Baker to say he’s not the kind of leader I’d want.

    DrGanja99

@Monolith2001 He’s less accurate than Baker coming out, just more mobile. Baker was a better prospect coming out & can be had for a late round pick.

    Monolith2001

@DrGanja99 If you saw inaccuracy or whatever on film, that’s what you saw but Baker has nothing to do with Sam Howell.

The concept of “prospect” is meaningless Mahommes played in a gimmicky offense, Jackson was just an athlete, Allen inaccurate and competition… these were all “flawed” prospects.

    DrGanja99

@Monolith2001 All had better traits than Howell. Howell isn’t worth drafting in the 2nd or 3rd on a team that lacks so much talent. At Willis & Corral have potential to be top 10 QBs

    Monolith2001

@DrGanja99 Thanks for sharing your eval. You can rank prospects any way you want, I just questioned why you bought up Baker. They aren’t comps and I’d question your evaluation skills if you do see them as the same. You get last word.

Nikki Williamson

Mmm, No QB for our first pick. ❌

Stanley Ezen

I’m conflicted. I want Malik but I don’t want to us to use #8 on him. And I also believe he won’t slip to second at all.

LaValle Barlow

Take Malik 🔥

JT121

Willis is not a starting QB, don’t waste a high pick on him. Justin fields was a far better prospect than Willis.

Nick bagnulo

Bulid around the qb 1st

Chad Macgargle

Good QB draft.

Justin Farmer

Trade down and Acquire picks to build your roster. The better move if you ask me. They could trade down, and get defensive players, receivers, at the O-line position. It really doesn’t matter at which position you choose to go after. We need positions filled all over the place.

Trevor Stewart

Lord I hope not give mariota a year draft in a strimong qb class next year roster has to many needs and none of the qb’s this year would be a 1st round pick last year or next year

B Ingram

Yes… in 2023

Christian

Brooooo if we draft kenny pickett omggg🔥🔥🤯🤯

Good Looking Honkey

No! Just go ahead and work on defense this year! NO OFFENSIVE LINEMAN!

Southern Load

Pickett or Howell

Jay Duncan

Falcons Cam Newton

Watch Matt Corral’s game play vs. Baylor prior to the injury. By measure he is the best QB in this draft class. Trade 8 and 57 for the #5, then sell 5 for 15 and 17. Wyatt and/or Davis could land close and a overdue welcomed help for Grady Jarrett. In the 2nd round the QB deck may be rich, perfect plan. Love you Atlanta.

Drafting a QB is important, but not in the 1st round for this team. The best QB’s are smart and fluid in thought.. cannot stress it enough, indecision at the QB position fails any team long term. Find a leader who has an edge, a competitive fire to win… and is decisive with play and intelligence, a field general at QB. That is every teams prospect. Love Atlanta.
