How could you possibly know that at this point. Drafting is a crapshoot and Patton’s track record so far is outstanding. You put a leadership team in place, give them the tools and evaluate outcomes at an appropriate interval. He has a ton of positive equity banked just from last years draft and Russell. Let the captain captain the ship and enjoy the margaritas on the pool deck.
