Leonard was full go for two days of practice, then he has a couple of limited participation practices – I’m wondering if he had a set back.

Smart move by holding Shaq back. Let him in the opener, give him a few snap counts in game 2 then turn him loose on the chiefs. By the chiefs game he should be anxious to play. Jmo.

Every team does it the same way lol you never give your opponent anything. That would almost be as stupid as hiding top secret documents in a desk in your office with your passport and telling someone it’s there. You make your opponent waste time game planning for him. Oh my. If Shaq sits out until the home opener against the Chiefs, he is going to be at 100% and extremely anxious to play football. Which means he is going to be a wrecking ball on the field. Can’t wait to see him play!
I think they wanna see how the defense plays without him to see if we can afford him to get to 100% and not have to have him come in while dealing with pain
