Chief’s defense is one of the worst in the league at stopping the run thus far. JT is about to feast. Provided the O-line can work as a complete unit. Let’s open Lucas Oil with a win!
Simple.. Control the game with JT vs average Chiefs defense and keep an incredible Chiefs offense on the bench as much as possible.. Hope Leonard will be back as his skills , passion and leadership make everyone else better. Much like Bob Sanders used to do . Season is not lost.. You act like defenses aren’t prepared to focus on our run game.. you can’t JUST have a run game, you have to have a passing threat too.
@Brad Great point! Of course completing a fair degree of passes will certainly allow the running game to shine like we know it can in addition to minimizing sacks. Need to get on the board early in this one just from a psychological standpoint otherwise could be ugly. Thus far they have been shutout seven of nine quarters including the OT period.
