@Santa Clause you must don’t kno football if you think Pickett was garbage. Mason was suspect if anything but Pickett was pretty good playing with 3rd stringers.

Yes and no, although they all did good. Kenny Pickett just looked amazing, and Trubisky didn’t play enough to do good. lol Will be interesting to see if the Steelers organization chooses to leave Trubisky out a little more and have more of a 2-way battle out there this preseason, Rudolf was a little off.
@Prolly Chiefin I agree with your point that you have to give the QB confidence for their future start of with third stringers then put em in 2nd stringers then last but not least start him when you feel he’s ready. At least Pittsburgh is not like Seattle where all of their QBs are fighting for the starting position.
The steelers won because lock overthrew a wide open touchdown defense held up and it took the steelers the last play to win. Don’t be delusional
Drew Lock looked good. And boy the Steelers got to be happy with Pickett, he balled out
@Bruh Moment lock has this special ability to absolutely body a defense until you absolutely need him to be his best. I was always a drew lock supporter in Denver so I hope he makes a big case for being the starter in Seattle and starts blossoming! He definitely has all the talent to be something great

@D J Kinney had a new OC b2b years and the 2nd OC was one of the worst ones in NFL history. On top of the entire team being on IR while he was the starter. Hopefully he gets a fair shake for Seattle.

All 3 Pittsburgh QBs played well. Yes it’s only preseason but I think Mitch looked the part of QB1 with a TD on the opening drive, Mason actually took shots down field the TD pass to Pickens was great, and Kenny showed his athleticism and made some good throws showed he could be the future 🖤💛
Rudolph always looks good in preseason games, then comes the regular season and well that’s a different story.

Pickens threw old Big Ben throws at best. I didn’t see one throw over 7 yards
That was a great game! We may have lost from a turnover but it was a great matchup and exciting game to get me pumped for the season! Congratulations Steelers thanks for the great game and good luck to guys! 💙💛💚🖤

I know it’s just preseason but all five QBs that played today just made a solid case why they should start. Both teams are much better situated at QB than anyone gives them credit for.
Seattle will be getting Jimmy G watch and see

I am thrilled about Conner Haywoods play #83. I think he is going to be good, and very helpful for us. I think Pickett had a strong game too, for his first game for the Steelers.
This was not a preseason game, felt like a playoff spot clench. though y’all can argue which Steelers qb performed the best. No one can deny that Kenny Pickett’s finish has made him more loved by Pittsburgh🖤💛
First time watching football I take it?
I literally just got home from being there and it was the most insane preseason game I’ve EVER been to and I’ve had season tickets for years.
The crowd was pumped and it was a great game.

Man we have a great looking team. So many super receivers and backs and our qbs played well. The team overall has a great vibe even the coaches Mr. Tomlin has hired…wow

Man I’m glad Drew Lock is in Seattle. Every game the whole time he was there was painful, I never once felt that he could be the guy or bring us to playoffs. Steelers lookin okay in the new era. This was a good game. Just wanted to say I was a Broncos fan btw 🤣🤠

Pickens definitely already has the makings of a number 1 receiver. Reminds me a bit of Martavis Bryant.
This is Gonna be one of the best young units coming into the League expecting a more dynamic explosive Offense.

I don’t know how much more perfect a preseason game can get. Everything Steelers fans wanted to see happen happened. It’s kind of ridiculous when you think about it. If you told me beforehand that every QB would get a TD pass on their opening drive, our rookie wide receiver would make the catch of the preseason so far, and the shiny new rookie QB would compose a game-winning TD drive with 3 seconds left in the game, I would be hard pressed to believe you.
I agree. I’m good on Mason though. I’ve seen enough of him in real games to know he’s trash.

I know it’s preseason but seeing a opening drive finish with a TD is so nice to watch.

The way #68 teammates showed him love for the hit at the end of the game was wholesome. Love the comradery.
Given the Seattle defense strength last year was stopping the run, I expected a better showing in that area. The CBs and safeties were all backups and did OK. Backup LBs missed a lot of tackles.
Sea special teams is usually a strength too, but there were hickups today.
Seemed like both teams did better on offense than expected in 1st preseason game.
Just remember these aren’t the starters

@Team 24 Momo – Artist it’s alright man. I been a Seahawks fan since Steve Largent Era. I watch many disappointing seasons of Seattle. What I can say is that this reminds me of when Pete took over the team and started a rebuild. Seattle is above schedule to rebuilding if you ask me.
