If they played like they did last week, there’s a chance. Brooks and Barton aren’t the same caliber as Wagner and Wright, but they can get after the passer on blitzes. They also brought in Bruce Irving for veteran support, which might free up a guy like Harris or Taylor to get after Herbert. The major question is their discipline – keeping their hands on receivers without grabbing, and refusing to jump offside, and especially getting tangled up with Keenan Allen on deep passes. Those close games are the ones they allowed penalties to get the best of them, so if they play clean and get the Chargers into third and long situations, it’ll give them more opportunities to get the ball back to Geno and Kenny “K9” Walker.

This is definitely a solid MU and as a Seahawks fan, I look forward in seeing these two play each other. Based off the Chargers performance lately and especially against their divisional MU against the Broncos, I’d have to give them the slight advantage to win this. Don’t get me wrong, this will be an amazing win to brag about if the Seahawks pull this off, but our offense & at times, our defense tends to slip. Experience is key in this MU so my call is Chargers to take the edge of this slightly.

As a hawks fan I’ve not been this excited since 2011. We have ALL the building blocks of another LOB type defense. Our offense with Geno looks PHENOMENAL. Our draft class are superstars already. Woolen with 4 straight picks. Coby Bryant with 4 FF. Kenneth Walker looks explosive and both rookie tackles are playing solid.
Jordan Brooks proved he was as good as Bobby Wagner last year and continued this year. My God we also have 2 firsts and 2 seconds and 2 5ths this draft. It’s gonna be hard to stop this team next year.

Grew up in North Carolina, so I do have a bit of a soft spot for them, but their team is a mess right now.
The Seahawks rookie corners look INSANE so far. Tariq Woolen has 4 games straight with a pick. And Coby Bryant leads the league in FF with 4.

On paper this should be the game Herbert and company go off on all cylinders, Seahawks pass defense isn’t the worst but not the best which isn’t enough to stop Herbert (IMO) and their run defense is one of the few that is worse than us with them sitting dead last at 995 total yards allowed. Expecting our offense to have a big game and despite what the numbers say I expect our defense to keep batting strong like they have been. If we don’t get the ball moving on Sunday I’m going to be very worried. Regardless should be a good game Hawks! Good luck this Sunday I’ll be there at SoFi Supporting my Bolts ⚡️
