Ever since I watched Kenneth Walker shred a top 3 Michigan defense in 2021, I knew he’d be an NFL star. His acceleration, agility, cutting ability, field vision ETC is just TOP NOTCH. absolute stud. Just look at Michigan State without him lol.
@Affluent BIG Slime The thing is the offensive line could be better but the real reason is that they do not utilize his big strength which is his arm. They need a receiver that stretch the field so it opens up more space. Someone like a Tyreek hill or Mike Evans

Had not followed Mr. Walker’s college ball but after we drafted him I watched a lot of highlights. Then I thought, wow, there is something special brewing with this kid. Seattle is the perfect place for him to launch his NFL career. Would be great if he stays a Hawk and then on to HoF as a Hawk. I know a lot has to happen in the mean time for that to happen but dream I will!

@TZAR P that’s true and i thought about that after i said what I said. What i meant is that the Seahawks defense this season up until the cardinals was very frustrating so seeing them put up these stats in back to back games shows how dangerous the seahawks can be this season and the next when the young defense still has a lot more to learn. We might even see an LoB2.0 paired with an awesome offensive core that could give the 2013 hawks a run for their money. But thats being said with full-on optimism lol

You have to give props where it’s due. The expectations for the Seahawks were extremely low coming into this year. They currently over exceeding expectations by a lot. Geno Smith is playing the best football of his career. The NFC West is truly anyones division to win right now.

true. I am still trying to remember when is the last time the Seahawks O Line blocked so well. Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson would be proud of them. Credit to the front office for picking up Cross and Lucas they look to be the starters for a long long time.

Seattle is REAL this season! Offense is clicking really well, defense is coming back together (I think bringing Bruce Irvin back was a great idea so those guys can learn to communicate better). And let’s acknowledge the fact that Geno Smith is probably in the Top 3 or 5 QBs in the league. His completion percentage today was 74% and he’s still holding the highest and breaking NFL records. I’ve been a Seahawks fan forever and I’m just so excited to watch them play!

Congrats to Geno Smith, one of the great comeback stories of our time. A guy who was labeled as a bust and was expected to fade out of football like so many others before him, is making his original critics eat 20 lb cowpies every week. Even at the start of the season, most pundits were poking fun at Seattle for “not having a real quarterback anymore”. Cheers to you Geno. You are an inspiration of determination.

Geno was highly rated coming out of West Virginia he unfortunately was drafted by a bad franchise in the Jets, he is definitely playing very good ball which I always knew he was capable of

It’s crazy how Geno has suddenly turned his career around. It is nice though to see him make a come back and to be playing as good a football is he’s been playing so far!
