For a guy that puts his all in, he will definitely leave and not stay for a rebuild. But i think a nice 2 week vacation might rejuvenate him

Mcvay better not leave after one bad season
Sean just needs a break, I’m sure coaching a football team is overwhelming especially after winning a Super Bowl. I don’t believe Mcvay would want to leave like this. There’s a lot of players coming back next season, he just needs some time off
The way Sean answered the questions and his attitude it sounds like he’s up out of this B. If so this would be really sad because along with depleting their draft picks for several years. The Rams could be in for some years of sucking like they did in the late 2000s and the mid 1990s. Which is sad because the Rams are just starting to get some credibility with a fickle new generation of people in LA. The old school Rams Fans are always with them though.
2023 is our last year without a first round I think, it’s not as bad as people make it look dude 🤦♂️
Our biggest problem this year are injuries and poor play calling. Let’s get healthy and get a new OC and should be fine

I’d be surprised dude literally breathes ball. A tv personality does not seem like he’d even be REMOTELY satisfied with. I could see him asking for a year off but not to just hang it up. Not a rams fan either
From what I read, he’s had a lot of personal issues this year, he may just have to have time off. 🙄🏈

It just proves how hard it is to repeat in the NFL. Injuries and a long season as everyone gets a year older.
Sean McVay set the direction to fail at the beginning when he set the 53 and forced an inadequate WR set. He ignored better players and they could not win. After the OL injuries it was impossible to recover. Since I believe he intentionally played less impactful players for personal reasons, I cannot support him as the coach. I’m very sad for my team.

Imo I don’t think he’s gone, after a long offseason he’ll probably recharge and return to coach AD’s and staffords final years, but if he does, I am great full to everything mcvay has brought to this franchise, can’t even put into words the joy he’s brought me, being able to be excited for rams games has been everything I’ve ever wanted and when the JF era ended mcvay brought us just that, and will fully respect his decision, he deserves it
Coach strikes me as a guy who doesn’t leave when the going gets tough , we shall see
Sean mcvay is a great coach, he took us to the ultimate prize and won many more to come, it’s been one of those years, we’re going to come back stronger than ever, Go Ram’s
