Sean McDermott has every reason to stay humble after that Miami game in my view. I like him as a coach and a person, but he, like Josh, has to continue to learn and get better for the Bills to go all the way!

A truly admirable man — but he might need better input from his assistants, or need to overrule their game-plans when results on the field are inadequate. His gifted QB could use more guidance. Some of these playoff coaching staffs might be a bit more advanced, the Bills chaotic at crucial times. (The 13-second failure in K.C. to end last season.)

It’s frustrating with the talent and potential of this team and staff everything seems flat/ low energy. Buffalo has great offensive players backs, receivers, and qb . But the line seems to be falling apart again. Then moving to the defense injuries have depleted the secondary. But the defensive line still isn’t showing the ability to consistently get to opponents qb. And are inconsistent at stopping any running attack. The talent is there, but it is not showing. Hopefully these men can get the job done. Let’s go Buffalo!

Sean McDermott looks exhausted, drained. Anybody would understand why and sympathize — much bigger reasons than the usual game pressure and media monotony.

7:26, I trust the players and Coach McDermott too. Coach took over a team that missed the playoffs for 17 YEARS and got us back into the playoffs his very first year💯. The “fools” in the press wanted to tank. Coach McDermott said HELL NO we are going to WIN and BUILD, trust his process💯 Coach was right💯Let’s keep it going.
