@Aidan Reynolds At least give your idea on who to replace them as well, otherwise you got a team with no head coach or OC, Pete still has a job within the organization, so he would still be with the Hawks in some way. I thought of Lincoln Riley, the Oklahoma coach, but he got extended recently, he was at last year’s training camp with the Hawks. Another person has mentioned LSU coach Ed Orgeron, these are ideas for HC, don’t know about OC. I mean I thought Norton would be gone because of how the defense performed, don’t know why you didn’t include him, just Pete and Schottenheimer

@DD I completely am on the Lincoln Riley bandwagon and allow him to bring in a offensive coordinator of choice. Just need a offensive minded coach that wants to open up the passing game and focus much less on the run. Another good option is the Eric bienemy the chiefs offensive coordinator although I would rather Lincoln Riley. Pete Carrolls era in Seattle I feel has come to a end of there is no Superbowl this year. He has made some odd decisions especially ken norton Jr who I think he just favors because he was a USC guy with him. Pete Carroll has brought a great culture to the Seahawks but we need to modernize.

@Aidan Reynolds I’m glad someone agrees with me on that, but unfortunately, Lincoln Riley agreed to a new 6 year contract with Oklahoma like a month ago, so he’s out. Eric Bienemy, he’s going to be in contention for a HC job, so I like that pick. I feel like Pete does have a strangle on the playbook, which probably upsets Russ and Brian because his dad, Martin Schottenheimer was an exceptional coach, I give him slight credit for aiming to do it on his own, unlike Shanahan, who can’t coach without his dad to hold his hand. If what Russ said earlier in the year of him and Schottenheimer working on something, I’d like to see it like the near the end of the 2015 season, where they kept putting up points after that Steelers game in week 12, 38 points, against the Vikings, 35, the Ravens, another 30+, Browns, another 30, they opened the playbook then. One thing that I didn’t like how it wasn’t mentioned in the video that I linked because I felt like he threw more in that 2015 season, compared to the 2017 season. Another note is that after Jimmy got hurt in that 2015 season, they weren’t feeding him the ball like I felt they did more in that 2017 season, causing Russ to throw more than he should have.
