they were put on administrative leave but by now they’ve been reinstated

This is a clear cut case. Those officers should have at the very least been fired.

You can literally hear Elijah speak and tell he’s no threat and a kind soul. I was hurt most by his death after seeing this video. It broke me.

You act like the victim even though they give up so much to protect ungrateful people like you. Should he have died? No. Should he have listened to the police? Yes. Did he? No.

He shouldn’t have died, I completely agree. Both sides could’ve done it better. He could’ve listened to them and explained his situation and they escalated the situation to fast. He was a suspicious picture, but he could’ve stopped and followed directions.

I’m sorry, i’m from the UK and I’ve heard of this case multiple times. It’s far more likely that the sources where you get your information on BLM don’t report the cases like this because there is no way this can be spun
